Hi,

I am on VLCD day 3 and am trying to follow the protocol to the letter. I think that I can do this, but need a little help. This afternoon, I had 100g of chicken and went to record it in my spreadsheet. I looked on the net for "raw chicken breast" and found it as low as 87 calories and as high as 114 calories. There are not that many "meats" or veggies and I wanted to see if there was one, commonly agreed-to, site that has the "correct" calories.
