Hi everyone-
It's been a while.... I am starting HCG again tomorrow. I finished my second round last March. My first round was great, second one I cheated and still lost but I think I screwed something up. Anyway my lowest weight last year was in May at 142. This morning I weigh 158. So....needless to say, I am disappointed and ready to do this the right way. I did start the diet at 174 so I'm not a total failure, but I'm still disappointed in myself. The problem for me is not eating unhealthy foods, I don't eat the things many would consider "unhealthy". My problem is portion control. I would say I've gained this weight since September.....Mostly from a lack of portion control. So I guess that's what I have to work on. I will also commit to weighing daily as I stopped doing that when I was eating too much. Anyway, just wanted to come clean and look for some support and kindred spirits.
