    I'm back and need support

    Hi everyone-

    It's been a while.... I am starting HCG again tomorrow. I finished my second round last March. My first round was great, second one I cheated and still lost but I think I screwed something up. Anyway my lowest weight last year was in May at 142. This morning I weigh 158. So....needless to say, I am disappointed and ready to do this the right way. I did start the diet at 174 so I'm not a total failure, but I'm still disappointed in myself. The problem for me is not eating unhealthy foods, I don't eat the things many would consider "unhealthy". My problem is portion control. I would say I've gained this weight since September.....Mostly from a lack of portion control. So I guess that's what I have to work on. I will also commit to weighing daily as I stopped doing that when I was eating too much. Anyway, just wanted to come clean and look for some support and kindred spirits.

    I'm back for round 4! I gained some weight back as well, the pants are starting to feel a little tight, no way I wanted to go back to where I was, so here I am, getting back on track. Last day of loading today, I think I'm going to Tim Horton's for some timbits. Good luck Poison Ivy.

    Welcome back to hcg =) I understand portion control =) It's not easy. It will help to measure and weigh your food- this puts portions into perspective. Especially in the US, we have gotten very accustomed to HUGE portion sizes. I don't know if you were a member of this forum for your previous round, so I will say it anyways, this forum is an AWESOME and invaluable resource for questions, tips, recipes and most of all SUPPORT. It's been a wonderful help for me! Please keep us updated on your progress =) You can do this!

    Happy losses to you as well =) It's so wonderful to be proactive and much easier to avoid going back, when you do things to change it when you first notice things going awry. MUCH easier vs. waiting until you gain it all back and more and then trying (I know that one from experience- lost over 100lbs once, and ended up gaining 80 back. LOL)
