This is my first round but my mom is doing it with me and she's a vet. She's doing well, so I don't think it's the dose. I am so freaking hungry! I made it 2 weeks on pure will power but it's starting to be too much. However, once I cheat a little and eat more I'm full quickly and eating sounds repulsive. Should I just add a little more protien? I'm 19 female and very muscular and athletic (but I havent been exercising).
