Hello,
I'm new on HCG, I've been taking it exactly week days today. I was wondering if it's bad for me to still be working out while I'm taking HCG? I normally run/walk a mile or two then do a 45 minute yoga/Pilates/core training video and I do this four to five times a week? Also, I was wondering if I should be getting hungry some days? I don't know, some days I get hungry then some days I don't and I have to force myself to eat. Is this normal?

Hi. Welcome. I'm new too. Looks like we started at the same time. I started loading on 2/13. I've read that exercise is not really recommended unless it is something you've already been doing regularly. It sounds to me like this is something you've been doing for awhile so you should be ok. I also read that you should add some extra protein on the days you've been exercising. You might want to do a search to double check that though. Good luck. How much have you lost so far?

February 21st, 2012, 12:16 PM #3 Thanks yeah, If I don't exercise I get tired and cranky lol. I've lost about 10 so far, but one day I slipped and had lunch with my boyfriend out. :[ lol but, still I didn't gain that day, I just stalled. And I started the exact same day!
