    leg cramps

I am sorry to be a debbie downer but this is part vent part question/s.
I have severe leg cramps that wake me up every night for the past week now, how do I get rid of them?
Also I am constipated I am drinking massive amounts of water, I have never had this problem prior to starting the HCG, the only other time I had the leg cramps was when I was pregnant
Now for my vent the past two days I have been starving and so last night I eat an extra protein and today bam a stall, after this is over I am never ever going to be able to eat without gaining weight. I am kicking myself for starting this I really think its going to be an epic fail. I do the HCG drops 6 drops 6x a day everyone else I know who has done it it has worked for except my sister who had to stop due to it increasing female problems and her doctor told her to stop. Grrr sorry for the vent.

Take some magnesium citrate. It will fix the leg cramps and constipation both.

You might as on the homeopathic forum about your brand and dose. There are a lot of fake drops out there right now.

Hi, thanks for this info. I too have had some nighttime leg cramps. How much of the magnesium citrate should I take? Thanks!

My doc has me on 500 mg of Chelated Magnesium a day. He said, if that didn't work, to take more... your body will tell you whne you have too much, because you will end up with loose bowels...

I'm glad this was asked, my feet have cramped more the past two weeks than they have in a while. My BMs are ok, should I try this also or just stick to a potassium supplement?

I take slow release potassium for leg cramps. When I don't take them I wake up in savage pain. Don't have any issues if I'm taking them.

koolaide, I'm sure some people have special types or brands that they favor. I just buy whatever tablets are cheapest at the grocery or drugstore.
