Bebol, Why not try a lower dose just to see if that's it? It can't hurt. I'm doing 125ui sub-q. I wanted to start on the lowest and increase if needed but so far so good. Glad you made it through day 1!
Cella, AWESOME girl!!!!! way to go! lack of water will definitely cause your body to hold onto whatever water you do have in your system. I learned that the hard way a few years ago...
Well, I am finishing up my 2nd low cal day and feel really good! The only mini-breakdown (but no cheat) was in target. I had to go to the food section and got the strongest urge to pull the snacks off the shelf! I get those urges normally. Sometimes I can control it but most times I end up buying the stuff, eat a few bites then toss it or give it to the kids. It's definitely psychological. but today it was SO strong. I know I wasn't hungry because I had been fine 2 minutes before walking into that section. But I made it out of the store with no problems.
