This is fantastic. I haven't started yet, but have done similar to other users, setting it up ready for my start date. I was still deciding whether to take body measurements, then I found this and decided there was no excuse not to!
I was having issues reducing the date range... because I didn't think to look further down the instructions... oops. The instructions are amazing!! Thanks a million.

This is my first time posting. Started the HCG 12 days ago and have lost 18 lbs. Amazing!!! I have tried every diet and this is the first one with real results.
