August 27th, 2012, 02:05 PM #1 Newbie! I can't get the melba toast where I live..
Is there a way I can buy something similar to the melba toast? I am currently staying in Mexico. I can't find that melba toast anywhere. They do have a Wal-mart and HEB store here. Can someone please help me. I get so hungry in evening. I take the drops10-12 3 times a day. Im on the vlcd day 4.

August 28th, 2012, 09:21 PM #2 Most people do not do the Melba toast; it just triggers cravings & has no nutritional value whatsoever.
On the other hand, your hunger is troubling & needs to be corrected. What do your drops say? (You didn't get them at Walmart did you?) If they are fake, that could be your problem.
