    Why isn't pork allowed in the VLCD?

    Pork, pork chops, ect. does anyone know why it isn't allowed in the VLCD, and has anyone tried eating pork regardless? thanks!

    I only ever eat it when I have had a gain in weight. However, I don't encourage it, and only reserve it for when I have issues. I have the fast fry thin sliced pork chops... works like a charm, but now that I said something... I bet I screwed myself.
