~ knittingal ~ In the grayish bar just above this discussion, click on "Thread Tools" & from the drop down menu, click on "Subscribe to the Thread." Then you can go back to YOUR "Settings (top right just to left of "Log Out"). Once there, you'll see in the left column "Subscriptions." Click on "List Subscriptions." Hope that helps.

Also, you can visit http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...do=editoptions and scroll down to the Messaging & Notification section. Use the dropdown box next to Default Thread Subscription Mode to be automatically subscribed to a thread that you reply to and to also be subscribed to a thread you create.

You can then find those threads at http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/subscription.php
