Thread: Is anyone doing Intermittent Fasting following HCG?

    Hi All! I'm jumping on board here. I posted elsewhere on the board looking for info on IF, but no one responded. So I'm glad I found you all here. I havent read the book, Eat Stop Eat yet. I'm going to try to find it online. But it seems simple enough, and it does make sense to me. So I think I'm going to do my first fast day on Tuesday. I read somewhere else about doing 6:00 pm to 6:00 pm so I dont have a whole "day" without eating. So I'll be trying that.

    A bit about me....I'm in P4...on Day 2. I lost 14 lbs. in about 24 days of P2. I'd like to lose another 5 or 10 lb., which isnt enough to do another round.....I hated P2 because theboredom of the same food. So needless tosay, I DONT want to do another round.

    My guess is you have the "almost" complete Eat Stop Eat. The advantage of buying the e-book, is that you will get his newsletters as well. Either way, you will do just fine. I personally love to combine the Eat stop Eat, along with the daily fast till noon's, lifestyle. It just works for me.

    Feel free to check my history of IF'in posts. I give loads of info on how I am maintaining my weight since I hit HCG goal. I also have long history on my HCG journey, for those still HCG'ing.
