    Hi guys...I found a delicious and legal 'dessert'! I take my apple...peel it and cut it up into 1/2 inch cubes and put it in a bowl...then sprinkle a Stevia In The Raw packet over it and sprinkle some ground cinnamon on it...add about a 1/4 cup of water to the bowl and give it a stir...then nuke in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. It's like eating an apple pie (okay - without the crusts) and really yummy! I make it last by eating the apples one bit at a time

    Today is VLCD3 and as of this morning I was down 8.4 lbs! I was +2 during loading but quickly dropped that.

    what drops are you using that you are dropping that much weight a day? please email me the answer just click on my name and leave an answer there, thanks very much you are doing great.
    Started Feb 7th
    R1p2 week 1 lost 7 lbs
    R1p2 week 2 lost 2 lbs but the inches are coming off
    R1p2 week 2 still no losing but clothes are looser

    hey also newbie here.... im in vlcd day 2 and have been doing really well no hunger!!!!!! no cravings neither .... so far so good ...

    Hello. This is my first time as well. I am on my second day of VLCD and things have been going good. Luckily, I have had no hunger and have felt great. I know some people say they have low energy, but I feel fine. I wouldn't run a marathon, but I am feeling great all around and already lost 4.5 lbs.

    Another newbie here. Just learned about HCG Diet last week on the news and was shocked to see how popular it is - how did I miss it?? I'm on VLCD3 and down 7lbs. I gained 2 during loading, so I've really lost 5lbs. Very pleased with the simplicity of this program. I too have tummy noises, sometimes during the day but mostly at night. I feel like my body is still adjusting to the protocol, but nothing unmanageable so far. Good luck to all!

    Well i started on 2/24 @ 162 loaded 165.8 and now im on VLCD 4 and 157.2 !!! I'm super happy ... i dont have much to loose but boy its been hard for the past 4 years... a friend of mine did it and had great results ... so why not try right!!! me and daughter have been doing really well!!! no headaches, stomach pains, weakness, cravings, nothing ..... till now doing very good love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Newbie here. 6th day on VLCD, been pretty easy...so far! I'm a big eater, always have been since I was a teenager, tho then I had the metabolism to handle it! No one has made it easy on me, from offering me donuts for breakfast to making me attend a dinner...I picked through my fish and ate lettuce. I was really scared I was going to be starving all the time but I only get a little hungry. In fact my bf says he loves the diet because I'm not grouchy anymore, lol

    I do drink a lot of water and tea and morning cup of coffee with Stevia. Occasionally a diet soda w/ Splenda. My food is essentially baked chicken with garlic, spinach or celery or cucumbers or lettuce and apple or orange.

    Start of VLCD 193 lbs Current 181 taking hcg alternative drops

    I am doing this for the first time!

    Round 1 Phase 2 Day 9
    Start weight: 209
    Current: 197
    HCG Drops

    I'm doing well, I can feel the results already in terms of the inches lost. My feet also got slimmer.
    My first weekend was the hardest for me. Being home and smelling food being cooked.
    I did have a few bites of off limit foods yesterday, and I gained a pound this morning....but I'm back on board and refocused. Hopefully It will fall off after being good today.

    My only issue is that I wish I would stop obsessing about this diet. Its all I think about. I just can't wait until the next day to see my weight go down. And I'm so excited to see the end result!!

    I really appreciate this board, its such an encouragement.
