    I have read that too about the 34 pounds. I think everyone kinda goes by it. You can stay on hcg a little longer though to get to the 34 pds I think if you want. You are doing great!

    Thanks kwg.

    I am on my first day of P3, ran out of drops. I have lost 29.6 lbs plus another 1.2lbs so total 30.8 in 35 days. I am extrememly happy with that, didnt expect to loose so much. I love this diet, plan on doing as many rounds it takes to lose the next 49 lbs. I have to say this is the first time I really think I can reach my goal.

    Has anyone figured out that if you have a lot of weight like over 100 lbs to lose that you lose it more quickly than say some one who only needs to lose 60lbs?
    Started Feb 7th
    R1p2 week 1 lost 7 lbs
    R1p2 week 2 lost 2 lbs but the inches are coming off
    R1p2 week 2 still no losing but clothes are looser

    Hello All.....

    I am on Day 18 R1 P2.....I was doing so good for so long and seem to have hit a stall this past week. And to make matters worse TOM arrived on Monday and I went up today! I feel like giving up! I have lost 14.4 lbs but I still have at least 10 more that I would like to lose this round? Is that possible? Iam not sure how long of a round I should do? I hear that the longer rounds are easier for stabalization? Is this true? I leave for San Juan in less than a month and want to make sure that I have time for P3 so that I dont re-gain the weight back that I have lost! PLEASE HELP......

    I am by no means a pro at this, just finished my first round BUT stalls are normal especially around the TOM. Just drink plenty of water, no cheats and you'll go back down. Congratulations on the 14.4 lbs!!!!

    I also heard that if you do longer rounds your suppose to stabalize better, but I know a few people who did the short round and are stabalizing great! Figure out what date works for you and start P3 so you'll be ready for your vacation. I wouldnt go into the vacation without a few weeks on P3 under my belt, just my opinion.
