I stopped my drops, then stayed at 500 for the next 2 days. i then started adding foods 1 at a time (1 or 2 days at a time) & increasing my calories slowly too. Did this mainly to keep eye on scale & keep track of what foods I might have been sensative to. It worked well for me & stabilized quite easily. good luck to u!
The 1st. time I did injections and waited the 3 days(72 hours) and had no trouble stabilizing at all. Then the dr. Had retired so the next time I did hcg I bought drops. The instructions said not to wait at all. The first time I maintained o.k off the drops, then I used them again to lose the last 5 pounds. I was having a lot of trouble maintaining my weight, always doing steak days. So now I'm back because "of the last bad experience" and I bought different drops. I took my last drops yesterday, today is my 1st. Day of vlcd without drops. Tomorrow I'm starting p3. I tested my drops on a pregnancy test and it came out negative. I really think the drops are just an appepite suppressant. I am at my goal of 122 and I have plenty of experience with this diet, so I'm only doing today on vlcd and going to p3 tomorrow. I'm only adding eggs tomorrow and will keep to mostly p2 foods. Last time I didn't go as slowly. I honestly think the injections are the best way to go, but I don't have any dr. In my area now to get them from. If this time doesn't work, I'll have to go an hour away to get them.
