So far my research is showing that if you are taking more than 500mg per day, the dosage should be split up to taking it before breakfast and before lunch. One of the side effects is increased energy and thus the later you take it, the more you risk not being able to fall asleep at night. So, I will be changing my dosing to first thing when I wake up and then half an hour before lunch. I also found that the liquid form of L-carn is best apparently.
