    Unhappy I need help!!!!!

    I'm at my mom and dads for the fourth. So much food. My little sis just brought in cherry cheesecake cake. I had to leave the room and shed a teardrop. I don't want to cheat. I need support. Help... its so stupid to get so up set over food.

    you can do it. that type of food is our enemy - not a friend. remember tjat and celebrate your gains!!!!!!!!

    Holiday Challenges

    I think today is going to offer some challenges for us all. I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. Did you bring things to eat or are there things there you can eat?


    Round #4:
    (Did not stabilize due to possible hormonal issue / Gained back 30lbs. in 3 months)
    Round #3: -21.7 lbs. / LIW 144.2 lbs.
    (Gained 7.8 lbs)
    Round #2: -22.8 lbs.
    Round #1: -29.4 lbs.
    Lost 26 lbs. by giving up fast food, pre-HCG

    Oh there is plenty off food I can have. I'm on p3.
    Just to have some one to talk to help a lot. This place is great. Every one is temping me with food that I told them I could not have. They are like take just a bit of this or this. It just makes it harder for me. Grrr...but as soon as it got to much I came here for help/support.

    Look on the bright side - you ARE in phase 3 & can have more calories. Think about IF you were there surrounded by all this food and still in Phase 2....it really could be worse.

    We all need support, so don't ever hesitate to come here for support. In the future, make sure there are games to play, walks to take, a puzzle to do - something besides being drawn to the food.

    You can do this ---- remember there's an end goal in mind!!!
