I love reading that there are some results happening without doing another round. Keep up the good work people. I was up 1.4 today from a nice party we had last night but I corrected it today. I did a SD just because I felt so sick from all the junk food I ate, but it was yummy and worth it.

After being in P4 for 10mo. I decided that I'd like to lose the last 10 pounds for life, so I'm back.
If your curious, here's one of my menu's that I eat on reg. days and maintain.
Wake: Pot of coffee with 4T of half and half cal: 80
Bfast: Smoothie, 1 c of 0% Fage 1 C of blended strawberries: 210
snack: 1 oz of almonds and 1 cheese stick 220
Lunch: chicken salad 561
4oz of chick
2 bacons
2 eggs
1 oz of feta
3 c of spinish
1/4 cup of dressing
Snack: hard boiled egg 70
Dinner
Steel head filet
2T pesto
10 asparagus 445
Dessert: coco crack 200
snack 2 c Cherrios (gluten free) 1 c soy milk 300
Total calories: 2080
notes: drink 2L of water and 30 min exercise on Treadmill

After being in P4 for 10mo. I decided that I'd like to lose the last 10 pounds for life, so I'm back.
While I reached my goal of 40lbs lost, I've been considering doing another round and try to lose 10 more. But I know my heads not in it so I know I'll struggle the whole time. I came across this thread and I am so excited to try this. I haven't really started P4 yet even though I should have several weeks ago, I think I'm just so nervous and not sure how to start. So do I need to be deep into P4 to start trying this process for it to work you think or could I start now? I'm doing a FFF day today because I got a little carried away yesterday (pizza! haven't had any in months) So maybe in 4 days or so I could try a tuna day-what do you think? Thank you for so much for all your great info and feedback...it keeps me motivated and a little less worried that I'm going to mess this all up.
