    I'm in phase 4 right now. I start round 2 on Saturday.
    R1: -26 pounds, 45 days

    Bust: 39" | Waist: 33" 3/4 | Arm: 13" 3/4 | Hips: 46" 1/2 | Thigh: 27" 1/2 | Calf: 16" 1/4

    how much over are you on your last dose weight? Post on the vet board. It will come off in P2. So sorry it didn't work for you.

    After being in P4 for 10mo. I decided that I'd like to lose the last 10 pounds for life, so I'm back.

    Right now I'm exactly 3 pounds away from my last drop weight. I was really hoping I'd get to lose 10 pounds. I followed your guidelines to the T & I've only lost 3 pounds. I even ate extremely clean in between steak days & correction days. I did nothing wrong at all. I was hoping to get off the few pounds I gained & then a few more cause I've heard people gain up to 10 pounds on loading days of their second round & that scares me so much. I just wanna lose the last 20 pounds & if I gain 10 pounds, that'll make 30 pounds I have to work off. I wasn't able to lose 30 in my first round of 50 days & I probably won't lose 30 the second round.

    It's just.. I've been doing this whole weight loss thing for a long time, ever since I was a little girl. I just want it to be over already. I'm ready to be done worrying about weight loss. This is wearing on me mentally. *Sigh*

    So sorry the days that I did didn't work for you, they are not for everyone. I was already at my goal weight and perhaps that's why it work. I only gained 2.0 on my Load days the first time and this time. In my opinion I think only 3 pounds is not bad. Some people start another round and have gained over 10. That Load weight will come off and then some. I know what you mean about battling your weight since your childhood. My mother used to force me to diet and called me fat. To this day I hate eating veggies and salad because I was forced to eat them. The only way I get my veggies in is in Green Smoothies, those I can do. I was a member of Weight Watchers for 12+ years until I found hcg. It works and it's a diet that will change your life and body for the better. Hang in there, get it together and do it.     What type of ranch are people using? I bought Kens 1g carb, but there is sugar on the label? Did that work for anyone, or should I skip that brand?

    Dressing is not allowed on the protocol on P2. If you're in P3, any dressing that doesn't contain sugar is fine.

    babe, if you gained 10 pounds on loading you ate stuff that your body is allergic to. Don't do that again. Stick to fats and chocolate.

    I'm talking specifically about the ranch used for this tuna day. What types have people used?

    I thought she used mayo so I don't know. Any dressing would be fine though if it doesn't have sugar. Fats are good on a correction day. Well, actually they are good all the time.
