So I have been fairly good during P2 and have not really cheated (other than and M&M or 2 a couple times) but this morning while making oatmeal for my boys, I took a bite, then another, then another, about a whole packet of raisen oatmeal. Is this horrible, am I gonna pay for it tomorrow? I hope I have not done myself in, but I have felt absolutely horrible the entire day. Lesson learned (but it was oh so freakin' good) thanks for the help!

you can't tell what tomorrow's going to be until then. Tonight's weight wouldn't necessarily give you any idea. Expect it to take up to two days to show up and more than that to disappear.
I mean.. you might get lucky... but brace yourself just in case.

Your friend is wrong. Please read the manuscript. Apple day is for a stall only after you have NOT lost weight for about 4 days.
Steak day is for when you are in Phase 3 or Phase 4 and only if you go over your last hcg day by 2 lbs or more. The steak day is to be done on the exact day your weight rises 2 lbs over.
It's a diet and there is no magic. buckle down. No more oatmealbe good cuz you know it works.

Just an update, since eating my oatmeal I have paid at the am scales. The day after, I lost 1.1 lbs, but for 3 days in a row now I have only been down .1 each day. That will teach me to cheat!!!! I also started TOM yesterday, so I am hoping that has something to do with it. It is VERY discouraging doing everything protocol and seeing such small little losses these past few days![]()
