    Well I'm not at p3 yet, but I think you'll need to be super careful of the fruit too. Lots of sugar, even if it is natural sugar. P3 is all about avoiding sugars and starches, which really means little to no fruit, and definitely no pasta. I would think you could add some back in P4, but I wouldn't even try it in P3. Also, grapes and pineapple are very high sugar fruits, so I'd watch that too.

    No p3 is often not recommended in p3 at first, if you add it back stick to apples. Pasta and carbs still aren't recommended until p4.

    P3 is about increasing protein and veggie portions and adding fat back. Not sugar/carbs.

    Jess, I don't want to be a jerk here, and no offense is intended, but as someone who is also 5'9", 132 sounds a bit low. You might be of a different frame, but have you checked your BMI? If you are already between 20 -25 BMI, HCG may not help you get any smaller.

    Just a thought.
