Hello! When is the best time to weigh yourself for an accurate weight? During a day I will fluctuate 2 lbs. I know this is mainly due to the amount of water I am drinking. I have been doing weight checks in the morning mainly. If I do it when I first wake up I am lower than 20 minutes later. What does everyone suggest?

This. I weigh myself as soon as I have gone to the bathroom, before I have consumed anything else. Adding any water, etc, will make the read seem higher, so do it when your body is more depleted of fluids. Water actually weighs quite a lot! I used to try to weight myself after a BM, but with this diet it just takes too long for that to happen. Don't drive yourself crazy with multiple reads during the day!!
