This is my first time..I've read quite a bit before deciding. I am on second day of loading.
I haven't lost anything more than 5-10 in 20 yrs! I sabotage myself.
I am at my heaviest weight.
i weighed in at 196.8 yesterday morn.
I love to drink my wine or beer on weekends![]()
(more than I should..lol)
this will be quite the challenge for me.. as I haven't been able to succeed with anything a very
long time.

Hi there, i'm on day two and would like support as i'm at my heaviest. I've enjoyed eating fried foods, chocolate, icecream, pizza etc but I got terrible headaches yesterday and today. I'm yet to have dinner more fried food YUM.![]()
