    Red face first timer..I'm thinkin I will need lots of support for this.

    Hi everyone!,

    This is my first time..I've read quite a bit before deciding. I am on second day of loading.
    I haven't lost anything more than 5-10 in 20 yrs! I sabotage myself.
    I am at my heaviest weight.
    i weighed in at 196.8 yesterday morn.
    I love to drink my wine or beer on weekends
    (more than I should..lol)
    this will be quite the challenge for me.. as I haven't been able to succeed with anything a very
    long time.

    Day 2 Too

    Hi there, i'm on day two and would like support as i'm at my heaviest. I've enjoyed eating fried foods, chocolate, icecream, pizza etc but I got terrible headaches yesterday and today. I'm yet to have dinner more fried food YUM.

    Today was my first load day. I feel great as I continue to read through these forums and people are sharing great tips. Back2sexy, I was told to avoid junk food and go with better Load Foods like:

    Greek Yogurt
    Avocados
    Flaxseed Oil
    Olive Oil
    Whole Butter
    Coconut Oil
    MCT Oil
    Cheese
    Almond Butter
    Peanut Butter & Jelly
    Coconut Butter
    Mac Nuts
    Heavy Creams
    Guacamole
    Bacon
    Alcohol
    Mexican Food
    Big Fat Steak (Rib Eye)
    Ribs
    Heavy Whipping Cream

    Oh no I did some junk but had avocado, glass of brandy, cheese, eggs among others. I really hope I loaded enough so as to be successful. Day one went great i'm shocked I wasn't hungry at all





    I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired so i'm determined to drop the weight and fit into all my cute clothes
