    I was freezing during my 1st round, and was hoping that this round it wouldnt be so bad... wishful thinking, Im freezing again! The moment I get home I change into sweatpants and a sweatshirt with my fuzzy slippers and sometimes my robe. My husband is not a happy camper lol

    I only cook p2 foods when i am on this diet. Makes my husband an unhappy camper as well.

    I am on vlcd 4. I've lost 7lbs from loading weight. I am also cold most of the day. I thought it might be because of all the water but I drink coffee too. I don't sleep very well at night. I wake up around 3:15 every morning and then can't get back to sleep. Is anyone else having problems sleeping?

    It sounds like we are all doing great on the diet so far!

    Hey JanJan65,

    Great job! I am starting VLCD3. Starting weight 199.2, 203.8 after loading. Have lost 7.2 from loading, 1.8 from start
    vlcd1 -5.4
    vlcd2 -1.8

    I thought I drank a lot of water before, but I am forcing myself to drink a full gallon each day and I'm going to wear out a path between my office and the bathroom. Ha. I try to stop by 6pm or so, so I can get some sleep. I still get up at least twice during the night.

    I have a feeling day 3 will be pivotal for me. So, I'm psyched to get through this and "lock-in". Have a great day!!!

    I'm so excited to say I lost my loading weight! VLCD 2 here and down 3.4!! Yaaahoooo! I was actually surprised considering TOM came last night. Great losses everyone! I have also been having a hard time sleeping but I don't think it's the HCG. I recently had my synthroid increased and a side affect is sweating..and boy is it a side affect I'm suffering from during the night (ugh!) So, I'm kind of having the opposite from those of you being cold...wanna trade?? haha

    Another 3lbs today! I'll take cold or heat, whatever as long as this keeps up!!!

    Stabilized quite well, currently 1.2lbs below LIW, starting R2 loading on Saturday, May 19.

    Glad to see everyone's doing well! I'm cold all the time, so I haven't noticed a difference. Today's VLCD1 for me and about 9 am I felt like I could gnaw my arm off. I had a cup of green tea around 9:15, and then an apple at 10.

    Is anyone else taking supplements as well? I'm taking B-12, potassium, and magnesium. I had the most horrible cramps in my legs after the first week of my first round, and the potassium and magnesium really helped.

    I'm hoping I see a significant reduction in the morning from my loading weight...I can barely button my jeans! :|

    HELLO everyone,

    I am staring my loading 2/23/12, I need help with mixing. I bought from alldaychemisthighly purified hcg 10000 hucog.
    it is liquid now . I bought 40ml of bac water and the mixing vials and an extra vial. and extra bac water for adl rounds.
    ow do I mix the hcg so it is fresh for two rounds. I was told that what I have will do 2 rounds. also I have the diabetic syringes. How many units do I inject? I have read the formula but I am mathamatic challenged ! HA HELP

    Hi all,
    just sitting here on my ice cube thinking how great everyone is doing already! Great job all. Today is VLCD3 for me and so far I am down 7.8! Can you believe it? Before HCG I think I have lost 7.8 in two months before, not two days. I am stoked. And I needed the motivation today. My Hubby does Atkins and I do all the cooking in our house (only fair since I am currently unemployed). So he had the most amazing smelling pepperoni crustless pizza last night. My oops, I tasted it before I realized what I was doing. I ate about an inch square of cheesy pepperoni gooey oozey-ness. I felt bad about it most of the night. But thankfully, it didn't show on the scale. Won't make that mistake again.

    Also, Pianoman, I read that forcing yourself to drink a lot of water is bad for you and could create some serious medical problems. Some have also said it can create stalls. Anyone have any info on the too much water issue?

    Ha... My husband isn't allowed to snack in bed, so he's not a happy camper either... He gets the death stare until he ceases that!
