    Loading over Superbowl weekend

After two weeks of cleansing, I have my drops and will be loading over Superbowl weekend. I'm a male starting at 336 hoping to get to 280 on this first go around. By the end of the year, I hope to be closer to 200 than 300. Hoping to start a support group for this 40 day challenge that we will be facing. Hope you all post and encourage each other. All the best. Marc

First day of loading. Food that used to taste good does not. Feeling a little sick in the stomach.

I'm doing injections, so only 2 days of loading which will be Saturday & Sunday. This is round 2. Round 1 was last summer. I lost 30 pounds & have maintained that loss. I'm hoping for another 30 this round!

Lessons learned today. Alcohol is NOT a good idea during loading. Made me feel really nausious. My clinic gave me an IV of vitamins and minerals, and I don't think that is making me feel very good and I have no apitite. Not a great start. Hope I feel better in the morning.

    Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this and am on my 2nd day of loading....I'm so happy it's on Superbowl Sunday. Yesterday I went grocery shopping and was giddy buying all the bad food I've been trying to avoid all my life. Since yesterday I gained 2.2lbs. I feel bloated and miserable. Just a little background, I'm hypothyroid and have been jogging 5k every other day for the last 3 months and watching what I eat constantly. I continue to gain weight EVEN with 1200 calorie or less. It is very difficult for me to lose no matter what I do. So HCG injections are my last resort and hope and pray that it works. I have a sister that is a size double 0 and can't gain weight no matter what she does. Just the fact that she can eat everything and lose weight, drives me crazy.

anyhow, I plan on continuing to increase my running but only after the HCG diet is over. I will try to continue to jog a couple miles every other day while i'm on the diet and play it by ear. I may be over zealous when I say this not knowing what my energy level will be with 500 calories a day...

I'm on my last day of loading, I had an appetite yesterday, not so much today. I really don't want to eat anything and I'm supposed to be loading up? Wish me luck. I'm start I was 190 yesterday, 189 today. I shouldn't start losing, but I did do a lot of running around yesterday.
Here I go, I'm looking to lose roughly 25 to 30 lbs and that's it.

Hi, all! Today was my first day on the VLCD portion of the program. I am sooo glad to find this thread! I am having a hard time keeping my head in the game. I am not hungry, but I want to eat! It's a habit, I know, and I've been eating for entertainment or comfort for many years. Having the support of others who have started right around the same time may make the difference between success and failure for me here.

It will be hard, I'm sure, but sharing the ups and downs will make me feel more motivated.
