    Hello Everyone! And welcome! I am looking forward to getting to know you all better for the next 6 weeks and I am very happy to have support while on this journey!


    WOW, Seriously, I figured I wouldn't come on all weekend and that was a mistake! I missed a lot. But oh well! I wish everyone the best on this round, and wish everyone cravings goodbye! I am committing to a cheat-free round ~ I don't want to explain in 6 weeks why I didn't reach my goal!

    I had a great weekend loading, I see others did as well. I woke up this morning @ 200.8 so that's 40.8 lbs to go until my goal!! YAY!

    Down 2.1 of my load gain

    VLCD2 for me and I still have both my arms, cause man I was hungry yesterday. Mostly because I had insomnia and was up till 3am. As with my order times with Hcg, I don't sleep very well. Unfortunate side effect for me personally. Today my hunger was better but it's night time that is my enemy.

    I'm approaching this round differently. I did great for the first 30 days of R1 and I should have only done that 30. I was told 60 would be fine, it was not. One size does not fit all. Last round was total bust. Considering this my 2ndR and just going forward from here!

    I already planned out the next 4 days of my meals. Rotating my meat, vegetables, spices, carb and fruit. Should help me keep on track and avoid boredom. I am committed to drinking water all day instead of chugging it periodically. I am also totally staying on the food and calorie protocol in P & I. Hoping not to be hungry this time either.

    VLCD day 1 has gone fairly well. I was hungry a short while ago and realized I was not drinking enough water. After a glass of water I feel much better. I am looking forward to my dinner, shortly. I gained 2.8 lbs loading. Hopefully that will be gone tomorrow. Losing every day is what keeps me motivated to keep going.

    Round 1 – lost 31.8 pounds in a long (60 day) P2, stabilized very well in P3. P4 lasted 4 months due to dd’s wedding, moving and holidays.
    Round 2 – Started loading 12/31/11 – Beginning weight was exactly where I ended R1 four months ago 218.2
    Wk 1 – -4.4 (not counting loading)
    Wk 2 – -3.4 (7.8)
    Wk 3 – -0.8 (8.6)
    Wk 4 – -5.4 (14.0)

    Hi All!
    I've been "lurking" and finally decided to jump in - I figure the accountability will help! I also loaded New Year's Eve and day...almost made myself sick but was suprised to see that I had actually LOST a pound after day2. I'm hoping I did enough to reap the full benefits. Spent my last day of vacation today running around trying to find approved beauty products so now I think I'm set. Good luck to all! I look forward to hearing about everyone's success!

    Good evening everyone. i hope everyone did good on what was almost everyone's first VLCD. I would up gaining 6 pounds on loading days. Today was my first VLCD and I wasn't too hungry. Then again, I did load ALOT! I was surprized that at the gym tonight I could still mantain my previous level of enegy, but I'm sure that will pass once my fat reserves are depleted. Feeling okay but I am starting to get hungry. Nighttime is the worst for me because its hard to fall asleep hungry but you get used to it after awhile. I spent the day shopping for food and beauty products. I took a peek at the scale and already down 3 1/2 pounds so by the morning I should see a great loss the first day. I'm still getting rid of the 15 pounds I put on since Thanksgiving. So, after this round, I cannot let that happen again. Looking foward to great losses this round.

    By the way, does anyone have an updated food list for people who work out? i had one from last round, but I lost it and wherever I got it went out of business and had to shut down thier website. (www.yourhcgdiet.com) It had you eating like 5.5 pounds of chicken and listed egg whites and just had different amounts of each of the protein sources. I really need to find it somewhere because it worked like a charm for me last round. I was starving to death on the 3.5 oz. because I was burning too much through exercise and when i modified it, I had much less hunger.

    Good Luck to everyone for weight loss tomorrow after our first VLCD! I was a little hungry but I think I need to adjust my injections since Corian is more potent!

    Anyone here use spermacide birth control (Conceptrol suppository)? Ok, so i get that we are not that close yet, but I am terrified that i goofed up my first, most precious VCLD! DH and I fooled around and I grabbed our go to method. Then i realizd it's a gel! Too late now but i fear I will show no loss in the morning. Sorry for TMI but having a mini panic attack. Help anyone out there?

    VLCD day 1 went well. I gained 3.2lbs while loading (to 216.8) and am down to 215.2 this morning so a 1.6 lb loss. It wasn't too bad yesterday... I was a bit hungry in the afternoon, but nothing unmanagable and to be expected. I prepped my food for today yesterday and went to the store to stock up on chicken and beef. Took bigger packages, and broke them all down to 100g per serving and stuck them in the freezer. Hopefully this helps me when trying to prepare in a rush.

    Now on to VLCD day 2... good luck everyone!

    Soon enough, I'll see skinny staring back at me!

    GOALS:
    - 199.8 -- Into ONEderland! -- GOAL REACHED DURING R1!
    - 185 --- pre-pregnancy weight prior to my DD 04/11
