Hope everyone is doing well. It's getting close to NYE! I'm planning on losing 20-25 lbs. I'm so going to be thin for the first time in my life. I can't wait. It will be so exciting to be able to wear shorts this summer. I'm also "cycling" in p3 right now and am having a hard time keeping the weight down. Well I wouldn't except I ate bread on day 1 and then today I ate someone. Of course I shovel it in right when I get almost back down to my last weigh in weight.

~ Pleep, I am with you on the shorts thing~!! I live in Florida and I have already been searching for some hot bikini's, it's what I am looking forward to most, the beach! Although still a bit flabby I would love to be at the beach today, it's in the 80's... days before Christmas! And you ate someone? Vampire or metaphor? hehe How do you feel about cycling? nervous?! I am! R1, on day 18 I lost 18 lbs and something happen where I kind of ate what I could and stopped at 29 when I wasn't losing anymore.... So, I am nervous that skipping p4 may result in slower losses than before. Sorry to hear you're over, hopefully you can get it down for a good start weight. I would take this last week (After Christmas) to cleanse before P2, just totally give up bread or whatever effects your weight.

~Blusky! Hello! I am happy to hear you are ready! Mentality is important, and difficult to deal with sometimes! I know alllll about it. I am looking forward to sharing our journey. Thank you for your kindness, I love this forum as well! It really allows me to relate to people!

I am below my ldw (203.8) 3.8lbs and been between 200 and 197 after the first week, I think that was making up for left over vlcd lbs.. I have my new drops and I am so ready to begin! I am trying to get down to 170-160 depends on how I look/feel once I am there. I was wearing a tight 18 jeans when I began, today I bought 13's that I can put on and button that are not flattering because I flub over them, but my goal is to be in the comfortably by 1/15/12. I am planning on increasing my exercise again, as it was in r1, joining the gym near my new place I think! Good Luck everyone

    Round I -Start 223.8 (Started 10-30-11)
    P2- 29 days - 20lbs lost

    Round II - 200.8 (after load) ~ (Start 12-30-11)
    P2 - 25 days - 23lbs lost (180)

    Round II - 189.2 (after load) ~ (Start 4-16-2012)
    Day 4 - 181.4 (-7.8lbs)

Bluskydaze just wanted to wish you good luck. If we all keep checking in and have a support system this round will go by quickly and we will all be successful =). I too had one round that I was not mentally ready for and bombed bad, I took some time and started over again and did so much better. This is mentally the hardest thing I have ever been through.

It's a huge support system that really makes a difference with this because it really is emotionally a tough thing to do. But WE CAN DO IT!! Together we can!! I'll be checking in regularly and hope to see others doing the same!! Happy Holidays Everyone!!

CSHELL I think most of us here have that "can do" attitude. If you ever feel weak or are having a bad day just get on here and chat with one of us. Through all three of my rounds I have found that this site has kept me sane and on track to talk to people who are going through the same life changing period that I am. Especially when and if your family does not understand what you are doing.

mbliss, I know what you mean. It's a great thread but HUGE.

I've been maintaining extremely well in P4, I found P3 I had wide fluctuations, very up and down. It's interesting to look at the line graph when I weigh in for my ticker. I'm slightly below my LDW so I feel good about getting started again. I am so ready to shed some fat!

    Good luck to everyone!
