    Good Morning! happy to say 2.5 loss starting day 2 of the VLCD. For those who are not cooks, I would suggest reading and or pringting out the cook book, it has wonderful creative ideas with minimal ingredients. My GF is doing the diet with me and I have to make sure she has her own meals and pretty much make it idiot proof. This is my 2nd time on the drops...I lost 18lbs the first time and gained 3.5-4 lbs back after last dose...my goal is a healthy 160...The "Doctors" say 150...but I think that is too slim...gotta have some curves. It is nice to see the different ideas and how to work through the struggles. Can't wait to see and read where everyone is at in another 15 days.

    Down 2.2 this morning - and today I officially get weighed and measured. Actually can't wait! Shayla - you're absolutely right! I;m packing what I can and I'll pick at the rest. I'll just ask for vinegar for that dry lettuce/chicken combo

    BOO! No losses today, but no gains! I had some peanuts thinking that they wouldn't hurt me, oh but they did! hehe. I learned my lesson big time!! Still at 7.6 for day 5 but very happy with that!

    Round I -Start 223.8 (Started 10-30-11)
    P2- 29 days - 20lbs lost

    Round II - 200.8 (after load) ~ (Start 12-30-11)
    P2 - 25 days - 23lbs lost (180)

    Round II - 189.2 (after load) ~ (Start 4-16-2012)
    Day 4 - 181.4 (-7.8lbs)

    The Difference Between Try and Triumph is a little UMPH!

    Keep the faiith, sister. Stay the course! you know what you need to do. next time you are tempted, reach forr a large bottle/glass of water. Tell your self YES, i can have this cheat, AFTER i drink all of this water and wait 10 minutes. 9 times out of 10 your resolve will take over after your water and 10 minutes. Or reach for celery instead. It is our responsibility to keep this stuff on hand at all times (i am the weirdo with celery in a baggie in my purse for the next 33 days) YOU CAN DO THIS!

    Someone asked what LDW is...its last dose weight for those who have done multiple rounds. Eh Im way up from my LIW which is last injection weight hence why Im here again to get back to LIW & to new territory & stay there

    AFM Im down 1 today so pre-load week weight loss is 5.4 Im continuing with fage for breakfast & normal protocol the rest of the day until losses become small.

    Good morning

    Down only .2 today but still cant go to the bathroom Feeling pretty good. My boss acted like I was a freak and would pass out on the job from this diet. I am done telling people I am on it. Only you guys seem to understand that it works.

    Thats a great idea! and thank you! I felt guilty afterward, especially since it was a bit too many, like I was getting nutty! hahaha

    Looks like everyone is having a great week so far! I am going to be losing again tomorrow, bet!

    Also, i posted before and after round 1 pics.. I didn't want to.. But eh, wth, I did. hahaha I cannot wait to post my nasty size 13 pics compared to how I fit them at the end of this round. Whoopie!

    Morning everyone! So I had eggs last night 1 egg and 1 egg white with spinach and a little onions mixed in and a couple tomato slices and I was pretty nervous that I would not lose weight. To my surprise I was down another 1.4 this morning. Yesterday morning I lost .8 and I thought maybe it was due to me forgetting while in the shower and washing my face with my Oil of Olay? I am so excited to have this forum to talk to as most of my friends (except for the one who told me about HHCG) think I am crazy and really rag on me about it. Also I wanted to know if anyone is drinking the apple cider vinegar? My friend who did this before said I should take 2 tablespoons with water each day, so I do. I read that you should do that before each meal but I just stick with the once a day. Happy losing all and thanks again for being my support system.
