    I would LOVE to join

I would love to join you. I am also on my third and hopefully, final round of injections.
I lost 48 pounds on the first 2 rounds combined, but I have gained back 10 since Thandsgiving.
I have about 20 -25 more to lose and I will be loading New Yrs eve and day.
I know I will need lots of support because I have gotten used to eating cookies, cake and
All the holiday foods and I know starting round 3 will be tough. Phase 2 has always been tough
For me, but with each round, it seems to get harder, probably because I get closer to my goal weight.

Good luck to everyone and We Can Do This!

Hello everyone, I would like to join your group as well. I lost 34 pounds on hcg 1 year ago and sad to say I went back to my old habits this past summer and put the weight back on. So I am starting fresh on round 1 again.

    Good Luch to everyone,

    Pam

I'm in too! Starting my 1st Round with loading on NYE and New Years Day. I have about 65 lbs total I want to lose and weighing myself today, I am 213.6 and a tight size 16 jeans. My goal is to be under 150lbs! This will be a short round for me - only 23 days - since I have to be into P3 by Jan. 28th but I am motivated and ready to go!! I will do a second Round at the end of March/beg. of April after P3 and P4 of R1. I am using the Meriden pellets.

I am soooo nervous! I really want to do this, and am afriad the food prep will get to me as I work full time outside of the house and have two little babies (2 yrs old and 3yrs old) so any support and help I can get is appreciated!

Soon enough, I'll see skinny staring back at me!

    GOALS:
    - 199.8 -- Into ONEderland! -- GOAL REACHED DURING R1!
    - 185 --- pre-pregnancy weight prior to my DD 04/11
    - 173.6 --- NORMAL BMI!! 04/30
    - 165 --- Post-college weight
    - 155 --- I can do it!!!

    R1-01/02 thru 2/22 with 9 day PI 221.0 starting weight --> 188.0 ending weight - 33lbs GONE
    R2-04/09 thru 05/11 190.6 starting weight (post-load) -->

@Meli ~ Welcome! We are loading the same days and similar weight loss goals. I started @ 223.8 and today I am 197 even. It is such a transformation to lose 26 lbs, but I also want to get down to the 150-160 range (40+ more lbs). How tall are you? I am 5'9!

For food, I highly suggest portioning, packaging, and freezing your meat at least a week in advance.. That way you can grab a meat ~ Grab some veges and be out the door. I used to make about 20 burgers from fresh lean ground beef then freeze them so I always had something! (I also got a george forman grill for work and home so I didn't have to use the microwave anymore)

So, I started in a tight 18 jean... I FIT (only fit) into these 13's I just bought. They are NOT flattering at all. I took "before" pictures in them last week even though all of my blubber was hanging over the sides ( i would never wear jeans that are that tight, I hide my fat well and that's why nobody thinks I really need to lose weight) I even exaggerated the excess flab to make the pictures as disgusting and revealing of my "true" fat as possible. So, once I fit (and look good) into these lovely jeans (Hoping by mid-to-end January) I will take some "after" shots to show everyone. I am hoping my finally jean size is between 8-12. A 10 would be perfect.

2 more days til loading!!! Does anyone know what they will load on?! on my list is...

    Bacon
    chocolate
any sweets I can find (Cookies, candy, donuts)
    Pizza
    Hibachi
    Pancakes
    Eggs
    potatoes

Yum, I cannot wait til this Saturday and Sunday!

I am 5'10" so we are very similar! I cannot wait to fit a size 10... Wow that would be amazing. I won't make it there till Round 2 but I WILL get there as will you! I also hide my fat well - it helps being so tall - but dont want to shop in the plus size stores anymore.

Thanks for the tips on food prep. DH is really supporting me on this journey so that helps. He (hopefully) will prep some food for me along the way since he is home with the babies during the day.

We are doing an apps party at my house for NYE so I am making whiskey BBQ sliders, cheese balls, risotto, pizza crescent rolls, buffalo chix bites, steak with Gorgonzola cheese sauce sausage and cheese muffins... Yum!!!

Can I join too? I will start loading the 1st. This is my third and final round, I have lost 30 lbs with hcg the past year and a half and kept it off. My BF wanted to do it to lose some weight before we go on vacation so I figured why not do another round then...he couldn't have wanted to do this a couple months ago when I was doing it??? Oh well. It will be nice to at least have a beginning of the year detox. Once I know I'm going to do the diet, I start eating everything in sight, whether I'm loading or not so I am SURE I have put on a couple holiday pounds.

Anyway, best of luck to everyone. For those who haven't done it before be prepared to be completely AMAZED and how good you will look and feel during this diet. The sleep alone is worth it - I've NEVER slept better, haha!! Happy losing!

OMG ~ Meli, can I please come to your party!!!! Pizza crescent rolls sound amazing!

YAY! I am so happy to find someone with similar goals/weight/size and everything! That's awesome. I am the very HIGH side of 5'9 but may be just hitting 5'10. I have high hopes for this round! I plan on doing the long (43) day round and hoping to lose that last 40 lbs. Then I will be at my healthy BMI... Honestly, I don't even remember when I was that thin because when I was I wasn't worried about my weight, and didn't care what size jeans I wore... So I am thinking it will be the 10-12 range. Fine by me! Much better than the 18's and... Like you said shopping plus size is not cool! When I stopped fitting into X-Large tops I was at wits end! My 18's were getting tight and I didn't even know what the next size was.. Thank god I don't even have to worry about that anymore!

    Round I -Start 223.8 (Started 10-30-11)
    P2- 29 days - 20lbs lost

    Round II - 200.8 (after load) ~ (Start 12-30-11)

    Round II - 189.2 (after load) ~ (Start 4-16-2012)
