Hi Everyone! Sorry I have not logged in for a few days. We have been trying to refi our house and getting ready for the appraisal has been very time consuming.
The good news is ........I am so stable that I have weighed exactly the same for three days in a row. It is 0.8 lbs down from LDW and that is new for me, but I will take it. The other good news is ....... sounds like everyone is doing well and dodged the bullets of over indulgence. I too have been having fun with mug cake and nuts. I don't have a huge appetite and am concerned a little about it as we need to get our metabolism up to stabilize well. Still, I am not eating when I don't feel like it.
This weekend I am going to try pizza using cauliflower instead of dough. Hope it goes well. Last night was a disaster, and an expensive one, as I tried to adapt a scalloped oyster recipe Louisiana style and it was a flop. We're talking almost $20 worth of oysters! Oh well........ live and learn. I think I will make some oopsie rolls for tomorrow. Hamburgers here we come! Also I bought some avocado to try a Dr. Oz recipe for tuna salad with avocado instead of mayonnaise. Wonder what that will taste like? Mayo isn't the issue, just that avocado is so good nutritionally.
Has anyone else but me noticed that since starting P3 you are not so cold?

I'm going to continue til my drops are gone... 4 or 5 more days I'd assume. Looks like most of us on this thread dont get online over the weekend? Got my measurements in today.
