Hello! My name is Amanda and I'm a single mom to 3 kiddos. I'm fat. And I'm tired of being fat. Hence my being here. I plan on starting phase 2 in June after I return from a trip to OH. I've been stressing out thinking about doing it sooner and then being in phase 3 in another state. I think I'll do much better if I'm in my own house if that makes sense. So I'm trying to follow Kevin Trudeau's book as closely as possible. I'm doing as much as I can, basically. I'm still trying to get sugar out of my diet. We use mainly raw unfiltered honey as a sweetener, so I need to find good recipes for salad dressing. I've already lost about 13 pounds in 10 days. I've been eating clean and taking a cleanse, which has probably helped me. So has anyone else stayed in phase 1 for longer than 30 days? I started on April 12th. I won't be starting phase 2 until June 20th or there abouts. I'm using sprouted bread and rye crackers for bread. Brown rice and quinoa other than that.
Hmmm...Well, I'm not going to go out of state while on phase 3 so this is all I can do until then. I guess I could do nothing, but that doesn't help. I tend to have huge cravings for sugar if I just go off it all of a sudden, so I'm going to get off of sugar completely by then. I'm used to doing things outside of the "norm" so I guess this won't be any different!
I wasn't suggesting you stop what you are doing, just answering your initial question.![]()
Think thin thoughts and it will become your experience.
I understand! Thanks!
