    Started Diet This Week (Jan 16). Anyone want to be my buddy?

    Hi! I have over 60 pounds to lose and I started Monday and have already lost 5 pounds in 2 days. So excited! I'm doing the sublingual drops that I ordered from ADC.

    I don't like many veggies so I'm practically eating only lettuce and an allowed meat in the salad for lunch and dinner - kind of boring but I think I'll stick to it if it provides these great results.

    I look forward to hearing from others and their progress! Maybe we can go through this together.

    Hi! I did my fill days on Sunday the 15th and Monday. So, today is my second day of eating 500 calories. I also have a little over 60 lbs to lose. Would love to journy this with you BTW I have never joined anything like this, but saw that you just started also and have the same amount to lose. So, I thought I'd register and see how it goes!

    Can I join in on this??? My loading days were sat 14th and sun 15th. I'm on day three of the 500 cal diet. I would like to lose 30lbs but that might not be very realistic for me so I'll take what I can get =) How much have you all lost so far??

    Hi!! Of course you can join us! The more support, the better I lost 3 lbs, however I didn't weigh before I did the loading days.

    Thanks !!! That's ok I weighed myself last friday (131.8lbs),but had a long weekend in Big Bear so I didn't have access to a scale until Tues morn and I weighed in at 131.2 lbs and as of this morning I'm 129.4...I'm not sure how much I gained on my loading days, but its like those two days never happened..and let me tell you I completely pigged out lol

    Hi I would love to join, today is my second loading day I start VLCD tomorrow. I had lost 37 pounds after 2 rounds, but I didn't even try to stabalize after round two because I am a bleeding moron, and I put 17 pounds back on, so I definitely need some buddies to keep me accountable. I am on RX pellets and I plan on doing a 40 day round for the first time. I am back up to at least 187, not sure what the scale will say tomorrow after loading

    So I got up and weighed this morning. I am down 6lbs so far. Thats unreal! In just 2 days??!! I'm thinking that must be water weight or something. I can't imagine I would continue to lose 3 lbs a day.

    Hi Everyone! I'm so glad that you all responded and want to share our experience together!

    This is day 4 of the VLCD so this morning when I weighed, I was 6 pounds! So I'm really happy with that! I forgot to take the HCG last night though.

    I haven't been cheating but I am using properl additive to my water (0 calories). Is anyone else doing this? I can't really drink that much water and I find I drink a lot more with this flavoring. I also buy the precooked chicken and steak. Does anyone else do that? It comes in a bag and it's frozen - all you have to do is heat it up.

    Okay - well lets keep this thing going!

    I haven't personally added anything except I had a few ounces of no cal, no sugar etc flavored sparling water yesterday. Still had a 3lb loss

    I am wondering if anyone knows anything about this crack people are talking about and where to get it?? Or the flavored stevia?

    Hi everyone
    I am on VLCD6, have lost 7lbs so far. I would love to join this group. This is my 2nd round, lost 20 the first time but put about 10 back on over the holidays.
    Rho32 I have used vanilla stevia, I like it but don't used alot of it. I do want to try the coco crack but not sure it is for phase 2.
