Thread: Started Diet This Week (Jan 16). Anyone want to be my buddy?

    Thanks for the post Janelle. I finally lost 1 more pound this morning so I'm super psyched about that! Let me know how "everything" goes with you. I'm wondering if our body thinks we're pregnant. ??

    Hi Rho32,

    I was extremely hungry and craving sweets the 1st week (especially the weekend) but starting the 2nd week it has gotten better. I still am hungry and crave but I it's much more controllable. I would just give it some time to see how you feel then if it gets worse, maybe adjust?

    Nelygirl It looks like you don't have as much to lose as some others, so you will probably lose slower. Stick with it!!!!! I don't think eggs make me gain or stall.

    Thank you tammy. My first name is Arden. I am down 9 pounds on day 8. I get more motivated every day.
    Rho32 - I really wouldn't get frustrated with your loss...as Tam says...you don't have as much to lose and "bigger" people always lose faster, no matter which diet. Congratulations on your loss! Just stay motivated!

    Okay - so I haven't heard from anyone in a while? How is everyone doing on their diet? I've lost 12 pounds so far - it's been 17 days for me.

    I haven't lost in about 5 days but I did cheat a little so that may be the reason.

    I'm on day 19 now and have lost 8.2 lbs so far...I'm down to 123.6 and my body is slowing down...I'm losing everyother day usually but this week I've lost every two days...go figure...after this round I think I'll have to rely on good ole' fashioned diet and exercise to get down to my goal weight lol...congrats on your weightloss Arden =)

    Well I have been up and down. Too many cheats, back on track now so I hope to see the scale going down.

    Awww....it seems like you guys are frustrated. I was frustrated too then I stated loosing again! I got to the point where I wasn't eating dinner (just lunch and 1 fruit) but I after I started eating dinner again I started losing a pound a day (3 days now in a row). so....I feel a little better. I am still extremely hungry but we just have to keep telling ourselves that it's only a total of 40 days.

    We can do this!
