Hey Everyone! Now that we're all loaded up, who is ready for tomorrow???

I think I did better loading today than yesterday. I ate everything in site, lol. I spent the last 4 hours measuring my portions and bagging them up and freezing them. I *really* hope vegetables freeze well. I don't know the first thing about freezing fruits/veggies, so any help is welcome. I really don't know the first thing about cooking at all, lol. I stocked up at the grocery store and don't want anything to go bad. I also made my lunch for tomorrow, so I can just heat it up and eat. My menu for tomorrow is:

    Breakfast- 1 medium apple

    Lunch- Lemon Dill Fish
    Ingredients
100 grams any kind of white fish
    4 tablespoons lemon juice
    ¼ water
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon fresh dill
1 clove garlic crushed and minced
    1 tablespoon minced onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
    Directions
Sauté fish with lemon juice, water, and vinegar. Add garlic, onion,
and fresh dill. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until fish is
completely cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges.
Makes 1 serving (1 protein) with spinach salad (dressing made from 1 part Bragg's apple cider vinegar + 1 part Lemon Juice

    Dinner- Chicken Cacciatore
    Ingredients
    100 grams diced chicken breast
    1-2 cups chopped tomatoes
    ¼ cup water
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Bragg’s liquid aminos
    2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cloves crushed and minced garlic
    ¼ teaspoon onion powder
    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    Pinch of cayenne to taste
    Stevia to taste
    Directions
Brown the chicken with garlic, onion, and lemon juice in a small saucepan.
Deglaze the pan with the water. Add tomatoes, tomato paste,
vinegar and spices. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes stirring
occasionally. Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
    Makes 1 serving (1 protein, 1 vegetable)

    Evening Snack- Strawberries

(I plan to bypass the melba toast as much as possible since I hear it causes stalls for some people.)

Good luck tomorrow everyone! Remember- Goals cannot be achieved by wishing, but by planning. Let's do this!

Argentina, I actually haven't used the liquid aminos yet. But I am using recipes from the HCG Gourmet Cookbook, and quite a few of those recipes call for it. I ordered mine off Amazon- I am posting a link to it, I hope that's allowed:

Hope that helps! I will let you know how the fish is after I eat it tomorrow.

I am just going to throw this out there but I thought you are not supposed to eat breakfast? Just curious.

No meals planned here just flying by the seat of my pants. I have some frozen strawberries, apples, chicken, and salad in the house so I should be good for a bit. Just need to run to the store for some more veggies but I did ok with peas (rogue item) last time so I might throw them in. Just have to work on my water intake for the day. So hard for me.

Have a great 1st day everyone!!

In the middle of my first round (This is R4 total-miscarried, sabotage, etc etc) but anyways I started splitting my proteins up and having half of a serving of protein for breakfast. I will do a lot of all protein days & fff days. I think its about tweaking things within protocol to make things work for you. For me, planning is the way I avoid cheating. I set goals with water while at work so I always do better during the weekday with water intake & usually losses to.

I use to be afraid to eat breakfast too but I cut, copy, pasted this section right from Dr. Simeons manuscript it is right under the diet section:

"There is no objection to breaking up the two meals. For instance having a breadstick and an apple for breakfast or an orange before going to bed, provided they are deducted from the regular meals. The whole daily ration of two breadsticks or two fruits may not be eaten at the same time, nor can any item saved from the previous day be added on the following day. In the beginning patients are advised to check every meal against their diet sheet before starting to eat and not to rely on their memory."
If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you. If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. Whatever good things we build end up building us.
