Good morning and Happy Monday to all. Well this morning my scale ws showing a range of numbers and finally settled on a .3 loss to 153.8. So, I am now down .6 from my starting weight.
I really am hoping to see 152.something tomorrow morning or at least by Wednesday AM. I feel like I lost a lot more weight than the scale is showing. I was really suprised not to see that # this morning. So planning on lots of water today and made my lunches for this week already - chicken/spinach and apple. Dinner will be tilapia/tomatoes and strawberries. Come on goal - I can feel it coming up.
