Heeeeyyyy! I'm really excited that this is my last and final round to make my goal! I've never done this with a buddy but I think it'll be to both our benefits and I won't be tempted by anything at all....
Until then I'm in P4 and exercising. We could share recipes, thoughts, emotions, ups and downs, correction day drama, and just how that cupcake was so seductive when it shouldn't have been lol.
If your interested I would love to start March 3 or March 4 but I can't do earlier. It's when I can go home for spring break to get the shots and start again.

Abbyza, I'm in p4 going to start my 3rd and final round March3. I'm going to do a 23d rd. I hope to get off the last 20# or as much as I can. I would be happy to join you. I had been looking for a post for March3 p2. Lets do this together, and wipe this weight off for good. I had forty three# off, but between p3,an4 I have gone up 5#, and stabalized. So looking forward to p2,again.
Awesome! I'm really hoping that just getting out my frustrations rather than keeping them in like the last 2 rounds will motivate me to not cheat and do this well. The first Round I lost 30 and gained most back the 2nd round lost 30 and have kept it off thank goodness. I would love to get down another 20-25 as well. I'm 160-161 right now and I think I want to be 140-135 range but I'm not sure.
Do you think I should aim for the 23 day round? Or try for 30 days? Oh, I'm doing injections by the way lol
And we totally will make our goals :d
I'm doing 23-30 days what ever it takes during that time. I just did not want to do 45days. I am 175 and want to get to 155, I have a large frame, and 5'6". So when I get to that weight I will look like I'm way less then I am. I am a size 10 now. We will master this together.
I'll do that LOL. I'm the same way I am 160 but everyone guesses I'm low 50s or even 40s sometime. But I figure if I lose too much I could readjust my LIW to where I ant later and just raise it.

My weight keeps bouncing but in increments. I seem to stay around 161.4-160.8 though. I'm trying to be at 160 or under by March 3rd.... I DON'T THINK IT'LL HAPPEN LOL
I keep baking! I made pumpkin scones with spicy glaze and berry almond scones today they were so good.....
