    Yum! That would really be a problem for me! I could not be around that. I stayed the same today, I know I am very stable in my weight, but I would love to get the 3.8# off to put me back at my liw. But I don't see it happening. Have a good day, and no baking lol!

    LOL Yea... sometimes my self control is awesome... sometimes no. I went up .4 today so hitting the gym hard and hopefully it corrects. Also, thinking a FFF day Saturday. I like them.

    I was wondering: do you ever think that any weight we lose at this point before March 3 will be minimal and it will be gained during loading?


    And there is no help for me. I have PUMPKIN in my house. I AM BAKING.

    Yea.... lol I'll try. But knowing I'm going to go on this again March 3rd makes me just want to maintain and if I indulge once a week or so (not too much mind you) and do a correction day I think I'll be good.

    I'll let you know in the morning how bad I did. But I'm doing a FFF day Saturday. If I don't lose the pound or so I'm expecting to need to lose I'll also do a steak day Monday.

    Maybe I'll convince myself to make the most of the last three weeks at the gym and lose a little more? I would like to be 159 or less starting R3. Right now I'm 161.8

    I stayed the same, I always stay the same. Nothing changes, I lost .6 one day last week, but mostly stay the same. I still am 4# over liw, once it went on gradually, it has not moved, and I did correction days too. Hope you get what you want! Have a great day!

    I'm in! I just ordered the stuff for my second round. I hope this is my final round! I am at 175 currently and want to get to 150anything. I think 155 would be just peachy. I have been about 195 for the last 5 years not including my pregnancy and I really would love to rock some cute shorts this summer. I love hcg, it has brought me from a 14 to an 8-10 and im in heaven! LOVE how easy it is to follow and how fast you see your body changing. it is so motivating!!! Glad to have some friends to comisserate with when the cupcakes are calling My work is starting a weightloss challenge march first so that is probably when I will start, but close enough!

    That's great! I'm doing ... .well.... okay? I've been spending most nights in the library and my sleep is almost non existent. I've also been making some poorer food choices but I started back yesterday with clean eating and mandatory seven hours sleep so I'm feeling better today. I'm glad to hear you are keeping track of yourself! I swear you are doing so well is inspiring to me to take a bit better care of myself even if I'm studying all day for every day LOL

    Yay! I'm glad we'll have someone else starting with us! I know what you mean, it is really nice to go from one size to another so quickly. What I love is the way your body seems to be shaped it doesn't just lose weight. That's the best thing.

    It's funny but I started gaining weight almost immediately in P4 b/c of how hard I was working out, which I know is fine but still.... GRRRRRRRRRRRR.

    Welcome AlphaGirl, I have been reading this book Weight Loss Apocalypse Emotional Eating Rehab. Through the HCG Protocol By Robin Phipps Woodall. Its after Dr.Simieons Protocol, and how you have to do the Protocol, the way he States it to be. She has tested his Protocol, with many patients,and found those who were rogue, did not do as well as those that followed it precisely. She even has a menu, that showsyou what you should eat to load on. She says people don't load properly between rounds. They are afraid to really load because they will gain. But she says that those that don't will not have as big losses. Your body has not been eating enough fat to be stored,so the HCG will work properly,with the low calories diet. So don't be afraid to really load on on p1. I got my book on amazon. com for $10. If your interested, there is a book club in Grammy's groupies, on this book. Ps. I did not load the second time like I did on the first round, and she is right I did not lose what I would of liked.
