August 4th, 2012, 10:33 PM #1 335 cals today. Hmmmm.
Should I eat alot more veggies or what? According to my lose it app, there are only 93 cals in my 3oz of chicken. I had 2 cups of loosely packed spinach and 2 cups of cabbage (measured raw but much less steamed) and an apple today.

August 5th, 2012, 04:37 AM #3 You can eat 3.5 oz of meat twice a day, two pieces of fruit, two grissini, the juice of a lemon, a tablespoon of milk and the amount of vegetables that won't take you over 500 calories. So if you have an occasional day that is 335 calories, that's fine, but I wouldn't make a regular habit of it.

August 5th, 2012, 07:46 AM #4 I actually measured my chicken raw in grams. So whatever 100grams is. That's what I had. Lol. I won't eat the grains. And I drink black coffee so what the heck am I gonna do with a tablespoon of milk? I'm thinking my veggie portions are gonna go way up. Sounds good to me!!
