    How is everyone doing? Today is Day 1 of the diet... I have a really bad cold so at least that helps with the appetite! I am up about 5 pounds from my LWD of 142.... SO let's see how fast I can get those new pounds off and get into the 130's!!! Today is also day 1 of TOM =(... Ugh... at least I am getting him out of the way FAST!

    VLCD day 2, so far so good! My post load weight was 152.8 and today I'm at 149.9. My LDW last round was 149.3, so can't wait to get past that! I'm definitely going to have to come up with some creative food ideas this time because I already feel tired of chicken and cucumbers!

    Welcome Katymum! You can also try doing a fast fat day instead of the gorge loading. You basically eat every 2 hours stuff like avacados, nuts, cream cheese coco crack etc. You will actually loose weight loading doing this route!

    Jill - Looks like we are at about the same weight! I won't weight myself until after TOM is gone tho! I know my load weight was 149.

    Just wondering what everyone ate on their VLCD days?

    For Lunch, I made chicken with garlic and then asparagus and an apple.
    I dont want to get bored with the limited food choices so I'd love to hear what you are enjoying for meals

    Trae: You don't want to know what I ate since i am still loading! There are some good recipes on this forum you can try out. I like to make chili, there is a cabbage stirfry i enjoy and i love just making lean hamburgers and wrapping them in lettuce with a little mustard.

    I can't wait to start and get to eating healthy again. I did so well for so long. Why do I always fall off the wagon? My entire family is thin...it sucks being the fat one and it doubly stinks as I always go up and down, up and down with my weight. Tonite, my sister in law was going on and on about how fit she is and how she has hit all of her gym goals and it isn't even summer yet. Growl!

    Ok...back with the positive attitude...at least I am getting back on the wagon and not quitting entirely so hooray for me....and all of you!!!

    I loaded last monday and tues 13,14st now over the headaches and hunger on day 6 lost 10 lbs so far.. finding my self eating just under 500....feeling energized and positive but not sleeping all that well. I just joined and am wondering how you all get that little fat tracker??

    I totally hear you! I have 4 siblings and 2 of my sisters are thin - and then the rest of us struggle with out weight. I am so excited to see results. but scared I might accidently mess it up as the info sheet I got with my drops conflicts with the outlines Ive read here of what is ok to eat! ughs. I just want a clear cut list!

    VLCD1 wasn't too bad. =) I had some hunger in the evening, and a terrible headache. So I just turned in early.
    Blessed with -2.4 lb release this morning. WHOO HOO!

    We're on our way!!!!!
