Hi, I will be loading this weekend also. I would love to join you. This will be my second round. Lost 25 lbs on 1st round. Gained about 5 lbs over the holiday. I need to lose about 20 more lbs. I will get there this round. Hope u have great loading.
I'm excited to start P2, R3 this weekend. My 1st VLCD will be Monday Jan 9th.
I finished my last round last March. Maintained my weight loss pretty well all year,( I have to pretty much eat just P3 or I gain)....this holiday season I just ate whatever I wanted. I don't even know how much I gained (I'll find out tomorrow when I pick up my shots and everything at the Dr.) Because I knew I was doing this round I was a piglet.
I have a Hawaii vacation in July and 25th HS reunion in August to motivate me.
Join me!!!

Today is my first day of VLCD, but I'd love to join you guys! I'll be just a few days ahead. This is round 2 for me. I lost 18 lbs. in 21 days last time, but unfortunately failed at P3 and gained it all bad (PLUS A POUND!)
Ugh! Hoping this time I do WAY better!
Yay! I'm off to pick up my HCG and supplies now.
I lost 20lbs my first round and 19 my second. I'm hoping to lose 20 this round (I put some of the 2nd round back on..boo)
I am on vlcd day 2 today. It is my 3rd round also. I also can't eat off of p3 without gaining. I just can't stay on p3
Lacey-Where do you get your hcg? online or a dr? I am on hcg drops. Homeopathic I think.
Hey guys! I'd like to join you as well.
I'm 25f and this my second round. I gained all the weight back from my first round because I just skipped P3.
Today is day 1 of VLCD. I'm currently at 148.6 pounds - and would like to get back down to 120. (At the end of my last round I was at 115..and would love that, but dont think I can get to it with the HCG I have and am not sure I want to do a round longer than 40 days.)
I get my Hcg from a Naturopathic (spl?) dr., I do the injections.
I hear you on the P4 gain. P4 for me is really just P3 eating 95% of the time with the realization if I eat sugars, starches etc.. there is a correction day I'll have to do. This is just the way my body is (dang it!)
Picked up my HCG this morning....I gained 9lbs over the holidays!
I'll list my weights on Monday after I load this weekend. I still need to go to the grocery store and get my organic chicken , grass fed beef, onions etc... Unfortunately I don't really like (cooking) fish but may try some talapia this round, but I don't want to buy it in bulk till I try it.
I'll be making cin rolls in the morning , having some heavy cream in my coffee with honey and Cnut oil....then bacon, brie omlet ....rolled tacos w/ guac for lunch.....I'm sure I'll be happy to start P2 eating on Monday!
I'll join in tooI'm starting round 2 and will be loading this weekend as well. I lost 24 lb. in my first round last fall, doing rx injections, so I'm doing the same again.
Fortunately, I did really really well in P3, never had to do a single correction day. I spent P4 in Italy with my daughter, living off of croissants with butter and fresh fruits and lots of pasta and pizza. I was terrified to get back home and weigh myself after that, but I came home 3 weeks later *exactly* the same weight as the day I left, which is a miracle considering what I ate there! We did walk 3 to 5 miles a day, though, so maybe that kept my metabolism up.
I'm excited for round 2, a friend and I are doing it together... I had such a great experience with round 1 that I hope I can do it well again.
I'm trying not to drool over your loading food..
I am down a total of 6 lbs today on vlcd day 3. I feel really good and have no hunger at all. I really want to do 42 days this time. I got tired of it last time and did only 30 days. Summer is coming;(
