    feeling like a whale.

    so to add to my breakfast I had two mcdoubles and half a large fry. Hubby is loving today cause we get to eat where he wants to haha. I feel so gross but the first round I did I didn't load right so I know I need to do this to make everything go smoothly this time! I feel like puking though! Going to a bridal extravaganza tomorrow which means Italian food and cake testing so that'll be plentyyyy of fat! So excited for Monday. Honestly I was lookin forward to loading cause its like a free pass to eat whatever. But I'm so sick of it now

    Someone please remind me why I like Mexican food??? For the life of me I can't begin to remember why ... that's where I chose to go out to dinner for my loading weekend, and I feel like I'm going to have to force-feed myself every bite and try to not throw up.

    Load day 2 bleh. Sounds like we are all are struggling with loading. Too much junk...feel so gross! Scale was up 1.4 this morning, holy cow!!! I so can't wait until VLCD starts so I can start seeing the numbers go down!!!!




    R1: 10/1-11/24: 26.8 lbs released (192.6-165.8) with 2 planed interruptions, and a cheat or two
    R2: LD1: 1/7: 166.0
    LD2: 1/8: 168.8
    R2P2: VLCD 1: 1/9: 168.6
    VLCD 2: 1/10: 167.2
    VLCD 3: 1/11: 164.4
    VLCD 4: 1/12: no scale :-(

    WOW! 68 lbs is awesome! I too want to get under 200 lbs for the first time in a long time. I'm 10 lbs away right now.

    Oops. Meant to reply to the post above.
    I'm down 2 more today. This has gone really smoothly for me so far. I've had a few times that I am in a situation with goodies in front of me. Soccer banquet last night and meeting with yummy croissant sandwiches. I drank coffee instead.
    You all are doing great with your prior rounds. I lost 22 lbs the first time; gained 8 back over the summer; did r2 and lost 18 lbs and gained some back again and now started R3. It is such a struggle. I love carbs and know that is my downfall.
    Enjoy your loading days those that are loading. I think I am doing well with hunger because I was an absolute PIG loading this time.

    I hope I loaded enough yesterday. I felt gross and a little sick with all the food...only had two small slices of pizza for dinner. Will try and do better today.

    2lbs down momofboys...awesome! Can't wait to watch the scale go down myself.

    Cannot WAIT for loading to be done with!!! I pigged out yesterday, and for about 5 hours after dinner (Mexican food) I felt like throwing up. I ate a huge plate full of sausage this morning for breakfast, and am about to go to the store and get ice cream and chocolate.

    I didn't have nearly this much trouble loading with Round 1, I actually enjoyed it last fall but this round it's been horrible and I feel sick. I woke up to a 0.5 pound loss this morning, despite stuffing my face. Looks like others are having a hard time with loading too...

    Looking forward to Monday morning

    Finished the first day of loading. It was not hard on me physically; I didn't feel sick from the food or anything. But mentally, it was difficult. I've been counting calories and exercising for the last two months (with no results, of course) and I could not help but feel very guilty about going from ~1200 net calories to ~2000 so suddenly. Somehow, I went down 1.5 pounds overnight. One more day of loading.

    Isn't it funny how we love to eat but have trouble loading? Those drops must really make you not want to eat. Am I the only one on homeopathic hcg? I think most of you have the injections?
    I have to say that it is pretty fun to see the scale go down each day and not up.
    I have this p2 recipe book that I printed from this forum. Do you all have that? I made a chicken soup for lunch with tomatoes in it. It made a ton and was 1 serving. Also I made this apple dip this afternoon that was really good. I am trying to have more variety and hope not to get bored with the food. Let me know if you need it. I can try to find it.
