    Shortvg - No I don't want to do another round, I meant I am going to help my friend with getting her started on HCG.

    UGHHH so I am having a really hard time with this TOM stalling. I am just HUNGRY. I adjusted my dosing to slightly less than what I usually take, because I know that can be a problem during TOM. I am eating strictly protocol. I even did a detox bath last night and I am STILL not losing I weighed myself this morning and I am back up to 115.4 (+.6 gain from yesterday). Frustrating! I am on the nuva ring, so my TOMs are exactly 5 days, and this should stop on Friday afternoon. Then I have Sat, Sun, and Monday of shots... I don't think I am going to get very far under 115 OH WELL.

    My boyfriend is already asking when I stop the shots, he is worried I am going way too long on this. Ah so I feel really pressured to stop on Monday

    Going to drink tons of water today. I think that might be a problem too. I am not drinking enough fluids. CHUG CHUG CHUG.

    Ok . . . I protested, took a break and now I'm back. I just can't believe how much success you girls have all had in the time that I was off here. Kudos to you all!! You should really be proud of your amazing successes.

    As for me, well here's the story: For the past 2 weeks I've been bouncing up and down within a 5lb range. I have been so fed up with it, so I decided to slowly ease into an exercise regimen (yeah, even though I’m in P2, I know). Anyway, I feel like I've lost quite a bit of muscle so I want to gain that strength back. My exercise of choice; P90X. Now trust when I say I'm not strong or muscular at all but I find if I just take the exercises and slow it down to my own pace, I can really focus on building strength in those muscles that I’ve obviously not used in quite a while. So I just modified every exercise and got through it. I'm really proud of myself for committing to an exercise program because I don't really like to exercise. Gyms bore me, except for the classes, I like classes. And I like jazzercise and zumba too – so fun!

    Anyway, after I exercised, it dawned on me that I could try to break my plateau with a detox bath - and when I woke up this morning I had a 2lb loss! YAY!!! It's just funny that we all pretty much did the bath at the same time - especially because I have been off for a week and didn’t know that you were all doing them too. Telepathy maybe?

    Anyway- thanks for all being so open here, it is really inspiring to know how each of your journeys have brought you to this point, and it’s really special to be able to “witness” this part of it. Keep up the good work friends!

    I'm still at 138, but I can tell a diff in the way I look and my clothes are fitting....that dang number on the scale , why do we get so focused on it?

    My friends and family are getting sick of this diet too! I can't eat and drink with them. Tonight I am going with a group of girls to sushi happy hour, I will order 5 peices of white fish sashimi, ginger and some green tea...I think I will eat my own veggies before I go so I don't have to ask too much of the waitperson in front of some girls I have never met before...don't want to seem like a crazy person. I also don't really like to talk about my diet.

    I bought a new L.A.M.B bag on e-bay as a gift to myself. All my old designer jeans from pre-baby fit now, and they are still in style...mostly slim boot cuts , so I decided not to buy expensive jeans and go for the handbag!

    Yay!!!! My egg and steak day worked yesterday Eggs scrambled with lots of tomato and a little bit of mozzarella cheese for brunch, then last night I had a big steak with a huge bowl of mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, celery, and a bit of vinaigrette dressing. Yummm....

    And this morning I'm almost back to my LIW, so down over 2 pounds from the day before. Feels good to be back to my stable weight again The only thing I'm adding in today is coco-crack. I'm treating myself to a nice long 2-hour walk today while my daughter is in class (I drive her, it's 2.5 hours long, twice a week).

    As for those numbers on the scale... I hate them and love them all at the same time LOL!!! I try to go more by how my clothes are fitting and how I'm feeling, etc., but especially during P3 we need to keep a focus on those numbers to stabilize. Oh, I'd love to have a few shots of Limoncello right now, but I'll wait 2 more weeks until P4

    Hello all of you! I just wanted to report in and see how everyone was doing. Yesterday was my last day of P3. After 3 weeks including a 10 day trip to the Middle East (where there is a lot of starch) with no scales I am rock solid at my LDW! I have stuck with Primal eating and it worked perfectly, even while away. I did have to have a few bites of starch here and there over the last week on my trip just to get food sometimes, but no large servings anywhere. I feel great and I am working out in some manner 5-6 days a week. I really cannot wait for 21 days to pass so I can go back on drops and start R2. I know that sounds crazy but I feel so great and am completely energized by that scale going down, I want to get back onto that part of this 2012 body project!

    Hang in there all of you on longer rounds...getting to the goal will be so fulfilling!

    Down another 2.2 lbs today :D

    Hello everyone...well, I'm the lowest I've been...144.4! YAY! I am in my skinny jeans! Woohoo! Trying to use 146 as LIW, so trying to hold and stabilize after the weight gain this weekend. Feeling great today.

    Moonbeam...welcome back! And, Congrats...Solid...like a rock!

    Doublemom...YAY! weight gain be gone!

    Laceyinsd...love the idea of buying a new bag - hmmmmmmm.

    Okay so I managed to drink my way out of my TOM stall. I drank so much water yesterday that my bladder hurt lol. I am down -0.8 this morning! 114.2. I did a smooth move as well. I seem to lose well with that combo. Since it is down to the last few days, I might try to down as much water as possible, do a detox bath tonight, PLUS a smooth move, and hopefully I can get into the 113's by tomorrow morning! I am a little frustrated, I feel like my body looks a lot heavier than 114. I am really short and small framed, so even a few pounds are noticeable on my body which sucks, but I just remember having a nice flat stomach when I was around this weight previously. I know it is not realistic to expect my body to go back to what it was in high school, but... ugh I am just being a brat.

    Time to go drink my weight in water

    Dang I typed up this long thing and then it got lost on my ipad!

    Anyway, last night went well . My first batch of sashimi was TINY...and had some sauce on it, I ate it anyway. I ordered another one without the sauce...I still don't know if I got a 100 grams in , they cut the fish so thin. I guess that's how they charge less for happy hour.

    I'm still at 138 today. I'm so happy to hear our p3'ers are doing well! Gives me hope...next weekend I'll start to eat normal again...well cavewoman normal.

    Don't worry! Your body does much of its reshaping in P3...something to look forward to... I was still in a loose fitting 10 at LIW nowI am in 6/8s. The added protein in P3 helps so much!

    Yay thanks for the encouragement! I really need it, because while I am thrilled with the weight loss on the scale, I am still left wanting to "look" thinner than what I am right now. P3 here I come!
