I must have missed something...I hear a people talking about eating coconut oil. Can I eat that on P2??? I didn't even think I could use cal. free cooking spray. ? for people using it? Are you still having good loses and would you recommend adding it to the P2 diet in moderation or should I stay strickly legal?

Today for lunch I had garlic shrimp mixed in steamed spinach and then an apple and cinnamon with a little extra virgin coconut oil. Think I'll head out to Whole Foods to buy some flavored Stevia. Probably have chicken for dinner with a green salad. Hope everyone weighs in with a good number tomorrow!
