    Anyone try center-cut pork chops??

    Hey all,

    I'm on R1/P2/VLCD4 (-5.4lbs) so I am extremely thankful and keeping my fingers, eyes, and legs crossed for continued results! LOL!

    I was just wondering if anyone has tried the center-cut LEAN pork cutlets?? They have like almost zero fat on them, but just thought I would check before I ate them.

    I wouldn't try them right now since you are just starting.

    Just my 3 cents (1 cent added for inflation).

    I ate lean pork chops in my round 2 P2 with no loss, no gain. So, I won't do that again in P2. LOVE them in P3, however!
    From 376, lost some over 3 years ... Started HCG October 31, 2010 - Sept 30, 2011, - 53 lb with 4 rounds HCG protocol.
    Maintained w/ Paleo April 22 - June 1, when I started losing. Lost an additional 20 lb with Paleo eating between rounds.
    Back to Paleo 10-1-2011 @ 278
    100 lb GONE 10-13-2011

    Ok, this is a bummer as I just prepared some for DH. Oh well, I look forward to them later on.

    Well...I guess I will chime in. I go to a clinic but try to follow protocol. Those porkers are on my list from the clinic. I have had them twice during P2 - losses both times. My clinic uses a 700 calorie diet with protein shake daily and no melba. Wider selection of fruit/veggies. I just experiment to see what works/doesn't. So far I haven't found anything that doesn't work on their list for me personally. The only way though to guarantee success is protocol.
