Good morning! Down another pound this morning, so I guess my fat free greek yogurt didn't ruin my momentum! Yippee!
I will measure myself again this weekend... How often do you guys measure? I have only done it once, mostly because I forgot to right at the beginning, but I wonder if once a week is too frequent?
I am still doing the aquafit class twice a week, and I find that really helps. I am thinking I might switch to some cardio at the gym instead. Are any of you guys working out? I just don't want it to slow my losses.
Can you even believe how freaking amazing this is???
I can't even articulate how great it feels to have some hope and to see the scale going down. Sigh. I'm in a wedding in July and I may actually feel comfortable in my damn dress! Ha ha.
