    Is that to help with the hunger? I wish I would've measured in the beginning but oh well.

    Hello!

    I am down another .3! It's little but at least it's down

    I'm aiming to hit a milestone on Monday morning that will put me at -30. I have approx two weeks left and would love to lose another 10 to make it an even 40 in 40 but I don't think that will happen. I've slowed considerably, but I'm definitely going to try!

    30 lbs! Yay! How many days have you been in phase two and was that all from just this round? I hope I have as much success as you!

    yea, she said it was to help with the hunger. Hopefully it will help and not affect my losses. If it does, I'm just gonna deal with it I guess.

    Hi I'm new to forums hcg and success. I began day 1 on mon 1/30/12 so this is day 5. All I think about is food. I have a lot of bad habits to break I know and food is the biggest. I go to the doctor mon-fri only for injections. I'm scared for the weekend and staying strong. I need someone to complain too and encouragement. Thanks

    Hi Maybethistime! Yes it does get better. I'm one of the lucky ones that hasn't experienced much hunger. Are you doing drops or injections? Maybe your dosage is too high? I'm by no means a expert, just thinking back through the other threads I've read.

    I've been absent for a few days and was sad to see the other thread closed but so happy that Jeanjenn started a new one. The way I look at it is that we are all here for support and that's what I hope to give everyone. We all have good days and bad, but together we can make it all better! I began loading on January 14th. First week was great, I lost 15 pounds, week 2was tough on the scales, I gained a couple times, lost a little, and then finally on Sunday and Monday I managed to have a total loss of 18.2 pounds. Going into week 3 I had a good loss on Monday, followed by only .0 loss Tuesday, Wednesday was a loss of .2 as was Thursday. Today was my big day! I lost 2 pounds!!! So happy! Tomorrow I measure so we will see how it goes.

    I do have a question.....The week of the 20th I have a lot of celebration plans, was wondering since I will be at 33 days should I end my injections or should I do a planned interruption for that week, watch what I eat during that week, then after that Saturday restart the injections and just keep on going?

    I was the same way my first week! Very hungry and constantly thinking about food! it does get better, but it is still a true test of ones willpower! You can do it! Cartet is right, you might want to ask your doctor about your dosage. I'm still having hunger issues but not near as bad. My doctor told me to eat another serving of protein a day. Today was the first day I have done it and I do feel better. I'm afraid it will affect my losses...I guess I will see in the morning.

    Know that it does get better for sure and just stay the coarse and be strong! You can get past the cravings and thinking about food all the time!

    You should talk to your doctor about your hunger for sure though. It could be your dose or it could just be "mental" hunger. I've learned the difference I think finally.

    I will measure myself again this weekend... How often do you guys measure? I have only done it once, mostly because I forgot to right at the beginning, but I wonder if once a week is too frequent?

    I am still doing the aquafit class twice a week, and I find that really helps. I am thinking I might switch to some cardio at the gym instead. Are any of you guys working out? I just don't want it to slow my losses.

    Can you even believe how freaking amazing this is??? I can't even articulate how great it feels to have some hope and to see the scale going down. Sigh. I'm in a wedding in July and I may actually feel comfortable in my damn dress! Ha ha.

    You are soooooooo right about the hope. I was completely without hope - I've failed so, so, so many times! But, thanks to HCG, I HAVE HOPE AGAIN! My granddaughter is getting married (she is the one who introduced us to HCG) in August, and maybe, just maybe I can WALK into the wedding, instead of waddle!! It is like a miracle!

    Congrats on your losses!! 2 lbs is a great confidence booster!!

    As far your week of celebrating...I'm not too sure what you should do?!?! Maybe what I would do is just take the planned interruption route. stop taking the injections, be careful what you eat and resume with injections after your week. That way if you do gain any on that week you will still have some injections left to try and lose it. I guess it depends on how you are feeling though, you may be burned out and want to stop at that point. I'd just play it by ear and see how you are feeling....but thats how I do things. I'm a spur of the moment kinda gal.

    My husband and I are thinking about going away for a weekend. He works out of town and we don't get to spend alot of time together so we were thinking of doing a few nights just for us. Seems like whenever he is home we spend all of his time as a family(we have 3 kids) and don't get much "us" time. I was wondering the same thing though...I won't quite be done with my 40 days and don't want to blow all the losses I've had.
