    PS- you have mail
She closed it intentionally. Here's the link: Will I be welcome?
She started another thread(s) to post the experiment info on here: Intro to HCG Diet Analysis, Part I and
HCG Diet Analysis, Part I, but I find it much easier to read the blog.

OMG..this made me LOL. I dreamt the other night that I was shoveling Oreo's in my mouth and I had a huge Oreo crumb chocolate circle all around my mouth and I got busted! On top of that I was pregnant! I have had more dreams lately that I'm pregnant than my entire life! I am "fixed" and so is my fiancé. How weird is that??

Dreams are getting stranger for me too. I didn't dream about food this time--or, rather, it wasn't a major part of the dream, although I did eat pizza and something else that was delicious in it. I had a nightmare and it actually ended GOOD. That has never happened for me. I always wake up in a sweat, afraid to go back to sleep. I think taking control of my diet and body is helping me on a subconscious, psychological level.

I was down 1.0 today, from 0 yesterday. I was actually afraid the scale was broken. Every time I stepped on, throughout the day, it read the SAME number. I worked out too hard on Thursday and was very sore Friday and Saturday. I did 2 protein days to help rebuild that muscle.

All of you considering doing cycling should go read the Cycling threads--you can find the topic on the main forum page. It was very informative. I am thinking about doing a long round (hHCG), but still doing P3 and P4. I am looking forward to finding out my food sensitivities--thanks for posting that quote, Kagee.

I am off to spend time withe the kiddos and DH. Have a "fabtastic" day! (DS's word)

I read the post when she was trying to get everyone to allow her to post here. I read some of what she said, I got halfway through, trying to read as my husband babbled on end in the background about nothing important, so I didn't get the total reading comprehension I should have. However what she is saying is nothing new, Dr. Atkins said it years ago.

Ok on another note I wish my dh would shut the hell up. I'm trying to read that link. Gawd he's had too much caffeine. LOL

I'm going to read it when I've got some peace and quiet and post my opinion on it later.

The dreams are one of the reasons, I don't really buy what the "Am I welcome here" sugarfreechick is trying to say. We are dreaming like this because the hcg is effecting the hypothalamus in the brain, which is responsible for all automatic reflexes in the body ie: breathing, eating, sleeping. If the hcg is effecting the hypothalamus and our dreaming, why then would it not be effecting the hunger signals which sit in the same place. I've read extensively on the effects of the hypothalamus and it fits. Maybe sugarfree is trying to debate the way fat stores are pulled from our bodies, but as far as appetite goes it is very scientific and proven within this thread. Just look at how many people are experience the dreams and the effect on the brain center that controls our appetite as well.

I will post more of my opinions about sugarfree later, I think she is trying to get media attention and get her work published. She is not saying anything new, there are too many variables involved and unless she does a full on study with a wide range of subjects her n=1 opinions aren't going to sway the masses.

Good Morning Divas. I finally have my dosing issues fixed and started losing again. I lost 1.2 yesterday and .6 today. I was able to go to the grocery store and not be stresses about anything I cant have. I ate beef and asparagus for the first time yesterday and had a small loss so I may try them again. Hope everyone had a great day and was visited by the Weight Loss Fairy. Happy Losing Divas!

Hi Divas!! Well I am a happier sly this morning! First of all, the scale moved for the first time in 3 days and went down 1.6--woot! Secondly, I got my sudden hunger improved. Upon advice from Beth I skipped my first two doses yesterday and then reduced the evening dose to 10 drops. It made me feel so much better yesterday and I hope the 10 drop dose keeps it that way.

I was on the road visiting family all day yesterday. Three hours driving each way. I took my food with so that was no problem but I didn't get all my water in.

Happy and restful Sunday to my lovely Divas!

I may end up being very wrong, but I honestly don't feel like she is trying to discredit hCG or Dr. Simeons. I don't pretend to understand all of the workings of the human body, but I do know, beyond any doubt whatsoever, that hCG works on me. I know it is not a placebo effect. Since she is of the same opinion, I am eager to hear the rest of the theory. What I gather so far, she is going to try to demonstrate that the combination of foods plays a bigger role in releasing the fat stores. It will be interesting to see that combination. I am hoping that she knows enough to give some insight on why Dr. Simeons chose the specific foods that he did, as well as the 500 calorie limit. Why can we not mix vegetables? Why can I have an orange and not a tangerine? Why a 34 lb maximum loss per round? I'm like a two-year-old with all the whys I have for Dr. Simeons, so I'm hoping somewhere in all of this some of those pesky questions can be answered ... LOL

Anyway, it should be interesting to follow regardless of her outcome. Here's a couple of links covering the Second Chance Contest she was in last year (she did not win). They will give you a better idea of her personality: http://businessonmain.msn.com/videos/secondchance.aspx

I am going to keep reading her blog. I hope to find some answers to Dr. S's whys too. I didn't really get a good read on your link because I was so distracted LOL. I'm very interested too. I know hcg works for me too. I did see her saying in the initial post here that it was not the hcg so I think she is debating it. Time will tell as she continues to reveal her theory. I'm going to try reading it later. I'm happy to have you to bounce my thoughts off of. Thanks for posting it. I hope we can learn about this together. Delicious Divas is the best group on the forums. Though I'm a little biased. tee hee
