Kagee...that is awesome that you have maintained over the holidays! You are quite inspiring. So are you going to do the P3 for a few weeks? I was thinking of taking the hcg I have left with the low calorie cambridge diet. I will send u the nutrition and carb/protein ratio to you and I would like your opinion on what you think.
We had a wonderful christmas...nice and mostly relaxing. The kids are at a perfect age. Hope yours was nice, too.

MonAmour: hope you had a joyous noel!

Hi Jaymie, Mon Amour, Happy holidays - I'm a sicky - there is a lung thing going around here, I finally got it - I'm a baritone at the moment and coughing. I had a nice day yesterday. I 'd gained a bit more than 2 lbs this weekend, but my fat content is actually less than when I stopped the hhcg, so we'll see. I'm drowning myself in various teas, cayenne and ginger and had some Fage. I took a bath this morning with my crazy immune mixture and using 'Kick Ass Immune' drops... We'll see how soon I can kick this; some people have gotten really sick for awhile with it. - trying not to be one of them.

Enjoy those kids, they get so excited.
Enjoy your family Mon Amour -

    bye til later -

OH, ya, Jaymie send the info on I'd love to take a look at it -

    Hi Divas,

I'm always reading to see what is new. I am so glad you had lovely holidays. Kagee I hope you feel better soon. Sending healing thoughts and prayers your way. xo
Jaymie the new diet sounds interesting. Let me know how it works for you .

I am about 5 lbs over LPW but living P4. I refuse to do correction days, if I creep up I eat clean and it generally comes off. I can live with both my size and weight. I love my job so much! I make a difference and enjoy nursing again. I love living here. I am at Disney at least once a week, have made some friends and wake up completely happy everyday. Who could ask for more? I LOVE my life
I am going to run a 10k in March, a 10 mile in Sept, then a half marathon next Feb. Very excited! I love you all, and love keeping up with you on FB.
Hot pink I hope you are well. Miss you.

Happy New Year Divas! 2012 is our year to shine
    xoxoxo

I've been more on a PI than P3, but I've also been quite sick with the nasty respiratory thing that's been going around here, so... tight croupy coughing and nose and throat involvement -but I've been eating also. pretty stable none the less - will have to(or want to) do some correction days when I feel better.

I'm going to take a break, probably do P3 in earnest starting next week, see what I can do about my own downfalls.

scottishfairy - I'm so happy for you!!! thank you for the thoughts and prayers<3
hotpink - I miss you too - hope things are ok with you

DIVAS!! My sweet Divas! I have missed you all! I am getting back on the hhcg train--begin loading tomorrow.

As you may vaguely recall, I was in the midst of a round in September when my beloved Grandma became very ill. She declined faster than even I was expecting and I decided to do a "planned interruption" at the very end of September. She died on Sept 26th. As you may expect, I didn't resume my round. Since I thought it was a planned interruption and I was going "right back on," I wasn't as careful with strict P3 as I should have been. I ended up adjusting my LDW up by about 4lbs. This was okay with me. I have maintained that pretty well until the past two weeks. I am sitting now at an additional 8ish pounds.

I am getting right back on this train for a round to start the year!! I am loading tomorrow and the 2nd and starting VLCD on the 3rd. I had just opened some drops before the "planned interruption" so they should still be good.

Glad you all are still around!!

Round 3-- 22 days 9/4 -9/25 19.4 pounds released interruption weight 196. This was a planned interruption that wasn't resumed
    Round 4--25 days 1/1-1/26 20 pounds released LDW 193.

Welcome back, slyspyder So good to see you. I'm so sorry about your Grandma's passing, it's such a hard time when we lose someone so loved. ((biggest hug)).

I'm going to go ahead and post the proposed message that I PM-ed everyone and trust that those that are meant to join us will come.

I'm starting P3 eating today with continued immune additions to knock out the respiratory bug I caught this last week(started coughing Christmas Eve).
Weight is up today... not surprising, as I ate late and only got a few hours sleep... onward we go.

    Delicious Divas Invitation

Invitation from the Divas - Happy New Year to all HCG-ers

I'm extending an open invitation to fellow journeyers in all rounds and phases -
If the Divas had a Mission Statement it would be :
    * Caring support without judgments:
    * Liberal doses of positive energy intent to others. [ even when we're feeling very non-positive, because we all have those times]
    * Mutual cheerleaders and reminders, as we need friends in our corners and to remind ourselves of things we have temporarily forgotten in the throws of the moment or crisis - emotional, physical or procedural.

We Divas have shared our lives these past nine months, HCG journeys of various sources, protocols(occasionally rogue) and rounds and phases. We haven't always been in sync round-wise, but have always been in sync with our caring for each other.
Our numbers have dwindled a bit from our very lively beginnings as people have moved on into the outer world more exclusively.

We are embarking on new phases in 2012.
I propose that we dedicated 2012 to self-transformation with loving energy for ourselves and others, coupled with an approach steeped in the same nurturing love we would extend to a small child or well loved pet. I encourage us, as we follow our phases and protocols to explore(could be just be within ourselves) the aspects of our emotional and personal history as relates to our weight largess throughout our lives... our outer triggers and reactions.

We welcome you to join us in this adventure ~

Started back today. Doing 1000 cals with no hcg. Taking lots of supplements and eating p2 style except adding coconut oil and protein shakes. My goal is 6 weeks and then to maintain for 6 weeks and start over. What's everyone else doing?

Hi sly and kagee. I think this thread is tapping out...kagee hope your invite works!
