I'm totally following this thread, because this will save my hide in P2.
I'm a HUGE (no pun intended) fan of smoothies and they're going to save my butt in P2. Literally.
So please add any to the list, I'd like to start a collection of fun recipes...that are relatively easy to make.
It doesn't have to be smoothies either....whatever you got!
Did I really just say "fun recipes" ??? ....*slaps herself* Food is fuel, not fun.

I just made one that was soooo good!
3-4 frozen strawberries
2 packets Truvia
Splash of milk
Hot water to help melt strawberries
Blend in blender.
Wish I had done this sooner!
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup coconut milk (from the refrigerated section, not from a can. So Delicious!)
A scoop of chocolate whey
A bit of spirulina (powdered, green, and tasteless in small quantities. Very nutritious)
Stevia to taste
Strawberry Smoothie - ph 2
1-2 cups water
few drops of liquid stevia flavor of choice
Blend up and enjoy.
Water amount depends on how much smoothie you want.
I like extra water in mine and it helps the blender move things too.
Orange Smoothie -ph2
few drops of liquid stevia vanilla and or orange flavors
1 cup ice cubes
enough water to help blend
Blend and enjoy
I am sure you can add other stuff to them such as protien powders but I don't like those things in ph 2 so would save them until ph 3 and the banana one posted above isn't allowed until ph 4 as bananas are a ph 4 fruit, sorry.

You can also take coffee, ice and stevia for a "frappe". Not the same without creamer, but when you're desperate it's delicious!
