I don't understand. Why can't you do 44 pounds on your next round?I'd really like to be 170 but that's 44+ lbs on next round, don't know if that's entirely possible. I have enough HCG for 39 injections at 150, I'll do skip days weekly, so I will be well over 40 days of vlcd... so it is possible if I can hang that long!! I'm still in my 16s... All my 18s and 20s are falling off and my bootie is about gone.

Hi there- Have been reading for pages and pages and seems you are the guru to ask! Just some advice, please. This is R1/ last 2 days of P2. I started post loading at 143.1. I'm 5'4 - goal is 125 and I'm at 132.9 right now. I'm happy with 10 lbs lost, but really thought I'd be down more with how strict I've been. I'm in my second 4 day stall today. An apple day broke the first one. Moving onto P3 on Monday. My clinic has me on 3 days of no injections, then day 4: double meat and veggies day 5: introduce 2 eggs and some olive oil day 6: 1 tsp. peanut butter or avocado day 7: 7 almonds. 1500 cals per day as I keep weighing. My question is this: I'm trying to incorporate real life into this phase. I have a girls birthday night planned for that day 7. Since I haven't cheated thus far, I'm just curious if I do have some wine or cheat in some other way, do you just get back on the wagon the next day with the steak day or are you completely screwed?? I feel like if I screw up or stray from the path, then all my first 23 days are going to be for nothing....
