Wasa4, May I???? I'll leave you to the last 3 days of VLCD though..... but please lemme address almonds and wine!?
NO ALMONDS YET!!!!!! Almonds are the DEVIL!! Wait at least a week to 2 for almond ANYTHING and cheating with wine, even a nice dry red right away could make you gain, on the 2nd day! I had a 3 lb gain from red wine and almond milk......... NO NONONONONONO SPARE YOURSELF unless you are willing to take the hit. I'm on 3rd week of P3 and I'm still not sure I want to try wine again yet. I'm finally ok with almond flour(teeny bit in mug cake that I waited 2 weeks for) and almond milk in my coffee. It took well over a week. I would stay the HELL away from peanut butter until P4. Eggs and oil, sure, then once you know you're ok with that, add the avocodo, or cheese... one new food at a time until you KNOW you can tolerate it!!!! Oils to cook, yes. Double protein and meats, yes. Easy on fruit, I do an apple every day but that's it... you could have a pound gain right away just from extra intake of calories but then you'll be fine.. I did only burger meat my last 3 days of vlcd to kick up weight loss so I had play room on P3 and I lost 3 lbs... so I was able to bounce around until I found what worked...
