P4 is a lot like P3 with the GENTLE introduction of starches and sugars. we all have breads or grains that we prefer--so what I would say is whatever you add keep track of and wait to see for 2 days. staek days work in P4. so you have a cushion there. what were you thinking of adding Karen?Wasa: Any suggestions for P4??? I am a tad anxious as to what to try. I am mostly doing low carb with adding some fruit now(blueberries n strawberries). I am sure some hidden sugars have entered into my P3 occasionally along with some stray starches, but I have NOT eaten them knowingly. Tues will start P4 for me.
I added chick peas, beans, bananas...and some whole wheat pita.
